Ridiculous wait today. Got 2 milk shakes and they were completely watery. When asked I was told it was due to shake machine being cleaned this morning. Also they managed to screw up my kids burger order or only ketchup and gave him only ketchup and onions?! They had me sit in this spot for a good 15-20 mins as they kept forgetting pieces of my order! Super disappointed. It wasn't even a busy time.
I love this McDonald's!! Service is fantastic. The place is clean inside and out. Food is awesome. Staff is professional and courteous. Drive thru is quick. Easily my favorite McDonald's.

Fast, fresh and tasty. I was in town for 2 days and had breakfast here 3x. Lol.That tells the story I think. Better coffee than Tim Horton's.
Stood waiting while I could see my order sitting waiting to be bagged. The "blonde" tall girl was to busy bagging cookies for a co-worker and getting coffee for another finally I went and ask the guy to bag it. Blonde saw me ask him and as she walked by she mumbled something to the guy helping me, but I had been waiting so long my tea was getting cold.
I've been here three times now, and I LOVE the staff that work here. Everyone is so polite, friendly, and welcoming. I've never been to a McDonald's (or another fast food restaurant) that offers excellent customer service like this one. I'll definitely be back here when I'm in Guelph for another appointment.Both dine-in and drive-thru staff and wonderful.
Got food this morning & it was absolutely inedible! I had to throw the whole meal and drink out as the food was rockhard solid and the drink was water coloured like orange juice! This is not the first time this has happened! I guess I will have to just not return to this location! Sad because it’s most convenient location for me but I don’t think I will be returning!
Sandwiches and other menu items getting smaller than what they use to be originally. Prices getting higher and higher. Quality not very impressive. Can pretty much get more for your money at Wendy's or even Harvey's
Poor service. Im in guelph 4 days a week 6 hrs and usual dont have a problem but the last couple of times having problems getting hot coffee at night time. Sometimers if first coffee is cold they will make a second one and it hot. Tonight i had major issues. Went threw got coffee . It was cold.They made another one. It was cold too. Had attitude from employee after putting my fingers for coffee showing it was cold. Then he said pull to the pick up side and they will make another one. So i did to wait. A lady came out with 3rd coffee and it was so strong and very discusting. I couldnt even drink it . I am not a very happy customer and if keep getting awful coffee i will stop going there. I am a regular customer but will stop going. Usually u feel hotness threw cup but when handed to me cup was cold no hotness at all. I work nights and alot of mcds for getting coffee is getting pretty bad to get a hot coffee.Sorry for the complaining but im getting tired of paying for coffee and cant even drink it . I am a big coffee drinker and need my coffee to stay awake at night. It seems to be the young kids that are working and this happens.sorry for an inconvenience but im sure other people were not happy coustomers that got coffee that night.Thank you
I paid extra for a Quarter Pounder BLT and when I got home the burger had bacon and tomato that’s it not even any ketchup. They were not busy and still took 10 mins to make my food wrong. Always a problem at this place. Maybe if they hired adults instead of high school kids they’d make the food correctly.
