I've been going to this Mcdonald's location about twice a week now after work to try my luck with ice coffee roulette. The odds on the roulette wheel is pretty balanced as I have never gotten the same tasting ice coffee before even though I order the same version every time.Everyday is a new experience, sometimes you get no cream, sometimes no syrup, I'm not sure which version of their ice coffee I like the most.Today I finally managed to win the jackpot, got 2 medium ice coffees instead of large and they managed to forget most of coffee. The drink tastes like pure syrup.Maybe they gave me someone elses order by accident but surely they would have noticed the size difference when they brought it to my car?

Grabbed McDonald's Chicken McMuffin through Drive-through. Tried it out as served, no modifications. The chicken patty was certainly one of the freshest I've tasted at one of the burger chains. The fried chicken patty was juicy, and had mild spices in it.
Excellent service, nice and clean, employees so friendly and care about their customers. If you need take your road test don't forget come first to get your coffee and ask for the crayons to paint the draw for release all your stress before your test.?
It's always a nice McDonald's and the food is always good but I always have one issue coming through the drive thru all the time. I am a 10 piece nugget lover and always ask for 2 hot mustards and a honey so I can make honey mustard and they always charge me for the extra sauce. The problem is that they forget to put one or more of the sauces in the bag. If you are going to charge a customer for condiments you better make 100% sure they are in the bag because I paid for them. This is why they only get 4 stars because I feel it's a cheap move by McDonald's to charge for condiments and then to not give them to you. I get asking extra if someone wants 5 sauces but 3 sauces for a 10 piece nugget is almost standard and should not cost extra..
Got the completely wrong order using mobile app. Wanted a regular burger with extra (PAID) toppings and got this sloppy mess I can't eat. I didn't notice till I saw the item description on the box.Employees: Pay attention to the orders you are bagging/handing out.Triple check your orders here!!
Mothers’ Day 2022. 3:00 pm. Smallest ice cream cone ever (about 1/2) at a McDonalds. When we registered our surprise at the small amount of ice cream, all we got was a shrug.
I honestly do not know what to say about this place that is nice. Always short changed cause the kid just walks away after receiving payment. They will serve cars on drive thru while others and waiting several minutes. The complaint line is absolute joke and it's all around very poor service. I stopped going to this location and rarely eat there anymore because of the Woodlawn Location
Shoutout to Jaide, Cam and Noah who are a part of the staff at this McDonald's! They were super friendly and provided exceptional customer service! This is probably the nicest experience I have had at a McDonald's in Guelph! Thank you!!
Only.did the drive thru. Had to wait at a pickup spot for order. But man was the guy that came out so nice. Stayed and WAITED to make sure my whole oder was OK. Would drive thru again.
