Our server was Tina. She was so kind and patient. Tina helped us with ordering our meal. We asked for alterations to the menu. She went to the kitchen and they would accommodate our requests. Tina was so positive in her manner. She is the best server I have had in the last 10 years wow. Tina is the best. Now lets get to the meal. The portions were of good size we ordered a lot. The food was not good it was excellent. Tina kept bringing our food it was just perfect. I am happy to have met someone who took pride in their work. As we were eating and more portions came out the manager Kevin came to see us and was very professional in his manner. Kevin asked about are food and if we still would like to make changes we said yes. It happened. All the food was excellent. Between Tina our server and Kevin the manager made our night perfect. I thank both Tina and Kevin as well as the kitchen staff for a dinning experience that we will never forget. Kevin also took a picture of me and my wife as it was my birthday. One last thing to the Mandarin Management, Tina, Kevin and all the staff are unique to have employees like these you are going to give you a long and very prospers business. We will be going back this weekend. We have found a gem. Thank you once again.
Had such a lovely dinner and so glad to finally be able to dine buffet style again! We had gone a few times during various Covid periods and while "small eats" were really good, the buffet is the best.Wanted to specifically call out one of the hostesses, Monika who was energetic and a pleasure to be around. We had some issues with our own party but she was able to get everything in order for us and we thank her for her hard work!
We came in on the weekend and there was a specific table we were looking for, Monika our host master knew which one it was right away and she was able to seat us at our favourite table! The food was amazing and our server Stephanie was just as amazing. This is the Mandarin to go to if you really want to have a good time! We will be returning soon! Keep up the great service!
Went to Mandarin for the first time today. Our server was nice but there was a hair on my butter tart and all I got was a sorry. No discount or free drink at least? (I ordered a $4 drink). Food was alright...pepperoni pizza was the best. Can't say I'm in a rush to go back.
Excellent customer service! Last night my family ordered a Dinner for 6 for pick-up through Uber Eats, when we got home we noticed we were missing one of the items that should've been included. Called them right away to explain our situation. They listened, they apologized and provided a solution. Overall, we enjoyed our Father's Day dinner with amazing food and service! Thank you again! We will definitely order again soon and this time, through your website and not from a third party!

Visited this location after the pandemic, a big difference compared to 3 years ago. the restaurant is clean, all staff wears masks and they even have disposable gloves provided for the buffet customers. The food was fresh and tasty, and the service was attentive, strongly recommend people to try this location.
Went for dinner last night and was blow away by our server. His name was Mike and he was probably one of the best servers I have ever had. He was genuinely happy. His energy was such a blessing. Thank you Mike for making our dinner so exceptional.

To be honest we haven't been to the restaurant for a couple of years now due to COVID. We went every year you have been open to celebrate our anniversary. We have a reservation for this Sunday to mark 30 years and looking forward to be going back. Service and food are always great. Looking towards SundayMaggie & Chuck
