I ordered the veggie philly cheesesteak but all I got was a pita with toppings and sauce, no mushrooms, no peppers, nothing but toppings including lettuce and tomato which I did not select. Never again. Also, the toppings were good but very very salty. And yes, I called, and they were not too bothered at all, just said "we don't have any mushrooms." But more than the mushrooms was missing :(
Very very bad customer service. I ordered chicken shawarma salad from this location and when i came bak home and opened the box it was just plain salad with no chicken or sauces or anything.I called them and asked them to refund but they were very rude and was not even ready to refund.They expect me to go back to the shop to add the chicken or give them the salad for the refund. They expect me waste another 1hour at 10pm for this .. The worst customer service i ever had .... ???????
I have been to many Lazeez (mostly in Mississauga) and this one has the best Fattoush chicken salad I have tried. They dice the tomato, onion and cucumber nice and small so you get a little bit of each with each bite. I got a regular with garlic sauce and tahini. The person I went with got the large, extra chicken and tahini/hot sauce.
Been here a few times and got shawarma salad every time. Probably the best salads of any Lazeez I've been to. Not sure about some of the negative reviews on here, not saying they're lying but it's always been good when I've been here. Although last time someone walked in and asked for cheesecake so idk maybe guelph ppl are just insane
Unauthentic bland tasting low quality bad food. Mediterranean food in North America has come a long way from being tasty healthy authentic to cheap junk food like McDs catering to a certain demographic. I would avoid chains like these which cater to people who have no tastes or have never eaten the real deal. Oh they also have Philly cheese steak shawarma! What next ? Burger shawarma or fish n chips shawarma ? Never going to these chains again. Oh this particular place especially had bad tasting meat. It's cooked but bad tasting. And if you need it spicy you can select how many lines of pure raw tasting spicy sauce they can put on your shawarma. Seems popular to certain demographic who needs bland tasting unauthentic Mediterranean just like westernized yoga these days. Oh yes like the other reviewers said, there is an old rude man who will make you lose your appetite with his behaviour who takes the order.
The quality and quantity at this location is really poor compared to the other ones. Wouldn’t be coming again.
Used Skip the Dishes to order a Philly Cheese Steak on a bun and Chicken Half/Half and what we got did not match the menu descriptions. Additionally, the meat in the Mixed Grill Platter we ordered was so overcooked and dried out, that it was inedible. The Greek salads had a nearly tasteless watery dressing on them and contained chopped iceberg lettuce and little else. The meal was over priced and the order was not even started when we went to the restaurant at the 40 minute pick up time promised on the app. Don't waste your money at this place.
I would have given 0 stars if possible. The old man who took my ordered was very rude and unprofessional.. charge extra for each topping and one chicken shawarma was $19.20 ..not worth the money especially it was not that grt. Would not recommend.

Worst Experience today Dec 19/2021 around 7:30 pm at this location. We bought 5 large Chicken Shawarama Half n Half today and paid approximately 81 dollars. The quantity of chicken was a joke. I used to provide them my business but not anymore. I will tell my family and friends not to buy from this location.I would rather give my business to Some one else. If you want good quality and quantity don’t go to this location.
