The worst ever KFC i have ever eaten. From now on no more KFC in my life. The service was even worse like they treated me as if they gave me the food for granted. ?????

Ordered delivery from this location recently and I have no positive comments. Delivery took well over a hour and when we called to ask if our food had left the store yet at the hour mark we were told to just wait 5 minutes and hope it's there and the employee hung up. Once the food was delivered the food fell through the bag due to the way they packed it and our fries (box included) were soaked in gravy.Never again will I order from this location again and hope for anyone else that chances it that you get at least sub par service since it's not something I received.

Went there today because we had an issue with our last order. What is going on with the gravy? It was like colored water. Had no taste at all. It use to be heavy and thick.....everything is going down hill

It was awful, chicken and fries was not fresh and it was cold?I have tried KFC before , but this branch was too bad

we placed an order for delivery, we noticed an item was missing so we called the store and told them and they told us we were lying and started yelling at us, the manager got on the phone stating he packed the order and he knows he put it in there again yelling and getting very angry Will be putting a complaint in to head office and will not be returning to this location. The food was fine but the rudeness of the employees was very unprofessional and uncalled for.

Always happy with the service here. Staff are always friendly and the food is always what I expect

I said 6 months ago never again and today I caved , gravy was like brown water, the chicken is garbage, who owns this establishment, do u own Popeyes and Mary browns as will? Mac salad was okay, I'll never go back again

Order for delivery, the order came completely wrong. Spoke to the manager, who was rude and said mistakes happen. I can give you a credit or resend the order. I told her I don’t need a credit I need food. She said I don’t know when it will come because other customers are waiting for their delivery. I said great, but what about my delivery. This same mistake has happened on 4 different orders and this is no longer acceptable. I told her I was calling head office because this isn’t okay. She said she didn’t have time to waste on this because she was busy and hung up on me. One hour later, my husband called to follow up on the order. She lied and told him she hasn’t made the order because I didn’t tell her I wanted it. So this would mean she gets paid $100 for my food and I get nothing??? Then she said I hung up on her. The problem is I called her store while on speaker with a number of my guests all hearing the conversation. This is the worst customer service a manager can give a customer. They take your money and give you no food. Go somewhere else, this is the worst location.

I haven't eaten KFC in many years and today I was reminded why. Order was not filled correctly and the chicken is definitely inferior to what you can get at other chains. The KFC of my childhood is well and truly gone, in quality and taste.

The chicken had a smokey smell to it, as it had been refried many times. Sending food with that kind of quality should not happen. Avoid!
