Every time I go there I always have a great experience.Amelia D has been my server most of the time I go there . Sometimes my drink is at the table before I even get to the table. She always has a smile on her and she’s really great at the job she does and takes time to say hi and have a little chat while there . The food is always great when I go there and the other staff are great to. Amelia is one server you very rare find now a days because of her personality and her caring for her customers and the job that she does .
My family will not visit this location ever again. The service was terrible.... A simple quick family dinner turned into a two hour nightmare. Our waitress was absolutely terrible, After being seated by a nice hostess we waited 15 minutes for our waitress. We ordered an appetizer and drinks which took another 15 minutes. Then our main entree order took another half hour.... During this long gone period we only had our server visit us once.Needless to say the tip reflected the extremely poor service.The only reason I bumped the rating up to two was the food was half decent.
Amelia is the bomb diggity!!! She remembered our order after only going once! What a gem. If you go to the Kelsey’s in Guelph you’ll be lucky to have her!!

So many take out orders have been messed up. Last time got the chilli and the tea biscuit was burned and hard as rock. Not sure how anyone could put that in a box for take out. Thought would try again with the chilli this time got half an order that was ice cold no cheese like normal and it was so hot and spicy couldn’t eat it. Will not be ordering from the Clair rd location again.
Everything about this Kelsey's establishment is great. From entering to leaving, staff here make sure your stay is welcoming and appreciated. The hostess at the door was non intrusive about the current restrictions and walked me through the process to verify with patience. Amelia my waiter was attentive, diligent and pleasant which is very welcoming these days. Robyn and the rest of the staff worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up my food, always with a smile and an assurance nothing else was needed.I was welcomed by the new manager Maryanne, her awareness and support to her staff displayed on the floor will only improve a higher standard of success to this Kelsey's location.The food was fresh and correctly made, this sometimes is a challenging being a Vegan, but not here . With high regard I would recommend this Kelseys to anyone!
I was in tonight for a quick drink with a buddy. Service was stellar! Ania took care of us, will most definitely be back. 15/10!!
Amelia D. Was my server and I can honestly say she made the entire experience amazing. Firstly the food was delicious. I ordered the truck stop burger and both the burger and chicken were cooked to perfection. The fresh toppings and truck sauce really tied the entire burger together. Amelia made sure my food was brought to the table hot. She was very knowledgeable about the drink menu as I had a few questions regarding the cocktails and was able to suggest the perfect drink to pair with my entreé. She was superbly friendly and personable and made sure to check on me often. I would highly recommend coming to Kelsey’s just based on her performance alone. I’ve been back multiple times to this fine establishment and the whole serving staff does an amazing job. Service above and beyond!
10/10 Everytime I am here! Food is always cooked wonderfully. Servers are profesional, friendly and accommodating. Will be coming back for many years to come. By far the best service and the best looking servers! ???
