This place is my go to for shawarma and just generally a quick meal. The food is super fresh and the salad is amazing (my go to is the chicken shawarma salad and falafel). I find the food a lot lighter and healthier than most shawarma places in Guelph. Also from a price standpoint it’s cheaper than most fast food joints. Highly recommend.
After reading all of these high reviews I am totally amazed. I have not had such bland and poor chicken schwarma in years. The chicken was rubbery.....my son's french fries were soggy and caked in a spicy powder (that they have caked in a metal bowl that they toss all their fries in....I wish they had of asked me if I wanted canjun fries). The garlic sauce was poor and the hot sauce ruined the garlic sauce when combined. I was so hoping for better food because the inside seemed clean and inviting but unfortunately the food fell extremely short. Also the potatoes were soggy and caked in oil/garlic and appeared to be sitting there for a week. I give it one star for the pickles added to the salad.
Just tried this place for the first time and we loved it! Great food and portion sizes are good. Will definitely order again!
The owner is very friendly the food is great and there is a good variety of different things to chose from and the prices are very cheap. As the gym rat it’s my go to for easy and affordable food post workout when the last thing I want to do is make food!
Hello allI am a skip the dishes customer of this great restaurant. I always amazed with their food and gave them review on skip howeve today i really thought i need to give it on google so that they can follow on it. I would suggest them to change their restaurant name to authentic flavours ? because one can actually get the experience of fresh and every flavour of the food. Fantastic shawarma and falafel. The hummus is also really good. After developing a love for good shawarma up in Ottawa, it's great to have somewhere like this close to home!
Have to try the gyros here, they LOAD your pita bread with chicken shwarma and all manners of vegetables. It cost eight dollars and had me full for eight hours!Absolutely juicy and tender and the pita bread is always just crispy on the outside but easy to bite through. The staff there was to the point, and polite.I got there during my breaks and it only takes them two minutes to get your order ready.
Saj shawarma is fantastic. Sides as well. Great staff.
