Amazing staff and very clean restaurant will go again
We visit the Harvey's Woodlawn location often. However, our experience with Harvey's is that no matter the restaurant, Harvey's never disappoints.
Ordered through the app, can't believe I've never done that before, no waiting at the drive thru when I picked a meal for 6!
Very disappointed after ordering the new chicken nuggets. For reference of size, I’ve added a dipper sauce… Definitely not worth the money you have to pay for it
Very rude customer service, they are always giving excuses regarding system down for scene points. They have their system down all the time. If you really dont wanna accept them, why you even guys have the option. Lazy employees, untrained. Always rude to work or take special instructions for the orders. Dont waste ur money here!!
Person at the counter was very rude. And found a long blonde hair in my burger. This is unacceptable
Slow service through drive thru. Had truck in front with 5 people order food separately.
Usually we go here and are happy with the food. Unfortunately today I ordered takeout and was a little disappointed.When I began eating the burger I realized :- my patty was completely burnt, and it wasn’t the lightlife burger I had ordered.- the burger had barely any toppings, I had maybe 3 black olives, a tiny tomato and almost no condiments which I had ordered.The second burger we ordered was completely fine so a little confused as to what happened.
Just got a veggie burger like I always do but this time it was sour like the mayo was expired please change your mayo out and will the owners stop cutting cornera your going to make someone very very sick
Food is awesome..The ambience is good too..Though the staff can work a bit on the cleanliness.. Everything's sanitized properly and maintained well, but must be due to the busy times, it can be handled well. Washrooms are clean tooKids menu is also present, and the staff is accomodating.-1 for the recent experience. Served food in plastic bags.. Rainy season, understandable, could work better on packaging..Overall: 4/5
