amazing location and staff! so close to downtown! staff even smiling and providing great service at 1 am! thanks ladies!
Every time I order from this place off of Uber eats they always mess up my order all I had was a drink a wrap and french fries and my rap came in a square with half the amount.
as of recent, the service here has been very poor, today especially so.the gentleman serving me was extremely rude to client in front of me, and then to myself for no appearent reason
I am a regular customer to this location and lately It feels like I am waiting a lot longer than usual. Went there yesterday (at around 9:20 pm) and I had to wait almost 20 minutes (18 minutes to be exact.) for one hot dog. At that point it almost felt like the guy working in the kitchen was making me wait on purpose. There was about 5 customers after me and they all got their orders before me (which some of them were chicken burgers ... a chicken burger takes less time to make than a hot dog really !?) ... by the time I received it the food my wife ordered was cold. Another time a couple weeks ago I ordered online and same thing happened ... everyone who was ordering after me got their food before me (I ordered online and it took about 30 minutes more than the expected time) Someone needs to look into what is going on at this location because this is not normal to be waiting this long for fast food. Edit : They got back to me after following up and they said that they "would look into it" but they made no attempt to make it right whatsoever and the follow up was basically a waste of my time. I was a regular customer and I will not be going to Harvey's ever again ... I am done with this company.
Ordering online and picking it up work well and no immediate complaints, only downside is that it's tough to keep all of the stuff properly warm apparently. Not a deal-breaker but a slate downside in comparison to eating in
This Harvey's never disappoints. Freshly cooked, fresh toppings, and the staff is very good and patient with every patron.
Harvey’s is one of the best place to have a poutine in the town. It’s clean, all the employees are friendly and enthusiastic. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Ordered 3 wraps and they didn’t bother to put labels for which is which. Had to unwrap them all before eating.Not impressed.
The skinny girl at the counter name ‘aman’ don’t know how to talk to customer, i would suggest to management that if she don’t like her work, sent her home, why’s she ruining someone’s day ? She should really work on her attitude…
