Excellent food , I ordered Kerala style chicken biryani for a get-together in my family, it was very delicious.

Ordered on their website (for delivery) at 6:19pm The food arrived close to 8pm. Called them a few times to inquire. The first guy said delivery guy is on the way. Called again 30 mins later and the girl said “let me talk to delivery guy and call u back”. She did not call us back lol.We were still optimistic about the food though (we understand there can be delays in delivery). Unfortunately, food was sub-par. The tandoori roti was not cooked thoroughly which made the experience very disappointing all together.

If you are looking for a place to enjoy the flavors of North India, this is the place where you can have a treat for your taste buds. Good food and customer service. Also the tandoors are best in town.

I have tried butter chicken from hundreds of places, but the butter chicken here is seriously the best I've tasted. Naan and rice are always cooked perfectly! It is a little too pricey in my opinion, but their food is delicious!

First time eating here - takeout. Was ready on time and hot. Excellent meal. Everyone loved it. Even had GF vegan options for me. Will definitely be back.

The food was absolutely delicious-seriously, really good. I did takeout with a number of different things off the menu as I was meeting with a friend, and every bit was great. My issue is that I ordered 2 hours in advance, yet when I arrived with the place completely empty (Covid) and the staff sitting down at a table talking, I was kinda upset to learn they didn't have my food ready...

The restaurant offers quality South Indian dishes and a great dining experience. My family and I visit Fusion often. Mr. Joby and the staff are very welcoming.

The best Indian food in Guelph! Always flavourful and well made

I really wanted to enjoy the food here. However, I suspect the ownership has changed since the restaurant first opened. Initially there was an emphasis on quality and the volume of food was somewhat smaller than anticipated. Despite this the flavours were more complex and we thoroughly enjoyed eating here - including the Dosa. We finally tried the restaurant again after a 1-2 year hiatus, as we explored other Indian restaurants around the region, and discovered things have certainly changed. The food is terribly bland, with redundant flavours, and it seems the curries have been thickened with corn starch. The naan is dry and stiff, which exacerbates the texture of the thickened one dimensional flavours to the curries. We couldn't even finish our meal unfortunately.

The lamb biryani was very bad, wasted my 20 dollars for the biryani which was completely dipped in oil the quantity is less for what we pay and also the biryani has so much of oil -> very unhealthy and not at all good, also in raitha there is no onions, corinader nothing…. Highly not recommended ???? dont buy biryani
