I went there a few weeks back and it was amazing! Emily was helping us and her service & food was incredible. I highly recommend
The tables were all super dirty, I was the only customer there, like there is a pandemic just wipe the tables. There was a friendly lady making the food but the guy at cash barely acknowledged me, didn’t even look at me or say a word just took my money. I assume he was an owner because he was in regular clothes. He didn’t help the lady or interact with her in anyway. My satay bowl was weirdly cold and over saucy. Pretty gross terrible experience. 2 starts instead of 1 because I felt bad for the lady working there
I went last night and the night before and ordered the same thing. Both times portions are considerably smaller than other locations in addition to missing ingredients. I was asked if I wanted protein in my salad and agreed to chicken of course I was charged for that. I ate at home and noticed after the fact that there was no chicken added to the fiesta salad. Last night I ordered the same thing with no added protein… I ate again at home… when I opened the bag of food there was about a a quarter to third of dressing in each salad dressing container the second salad was missing the salsa, the initial dressing wasn’t enough and the avocado. I guess I won’t be returning.
Me and my family love this store. We always get great, fast service (important when you have a 1 year old) and the food is always delicious. Our favourite fast healthy option!
Great experience and amazing food. The staff is always so pleasant and very helpful. Love coming to this location whenever I can!

No one gets proper training therefore you're gettin poorly made food by untrained employees. Kurt and Juliann are the owners and dont seem concerned with training their staff. That's why you see a new person working everytime you come in. Because no one wants to work with people who treat others like trash.As someone who still works at this location this employee didnt even show up for either of his shifts I was supposed to work with him. He was rude to other employees and only lasted 2 weeks here. And we work very hard to keep both woodlawn and Gordon clean.

The last two times I've been to this freshii the portion sizes have been noticeably smaller than before. Both times, I noticed an older guy working so maybe it's because of a change in management or something but it's disappointing when you're paying $15 for a bowl. The older guy also made a snarky comment to the two younger employees (who were super nice) which didn't really sit right with me as a customer and seemed a little unprofessional. Overall, the food is fine, but I think the Claire road location is the best one in Guelph (not a fan of the Woodlawn one because the portions are even smaller than at this location).
I’ve gone multiple times to pick up an order and they are sold out. Why do they allow an order online if it’s not available? The app doesn’t allow them to contact you so waste your time driving there just to have no food. I really love their bowls and want to support them but this has happened at least 5 times in the last year and it’s become a major waste of my time.
