I used to love this place, until the other day. Got a Soya Burrito. While it was heating up in the back she cashed me out. She had no idea what any of the coins were, gave me completely wrong change & stated 'i just ship here from india'. I think an employee should have a good understanding what coins are what when serving customers... then she proceeds to grab my burrito, wearing the same gloves she just took my cash with. I ended up leaving with no lunch.
I will not visit this Resturant again for the following reasons. The food was mediocre. The tofu was salty. The server handled food, money and cutlery without sanitizing or using gloves in between.Food: 3 out of 5 stars.Service: 2 our of 5 stars.Cleanliness: 1 out of 5 stars
First time here. Ordered ahead to avoid a wait time as it was late friday evening.1 burrito bowl and a chicken quesadilla. Disappointed when we arrived 45 mins later to find that our order hadn't even begun to be prepped.Waited an additional 10 mins, while walk-ins received faster service, and were out before us.The food was good however, and the portions generous. Good value..
After throwing out/up my late night pita pit order from the Macdonell location, I decided to order from here. It was amazing. Thank you for saving my night. Perfect quantity and everything was so fresh.
This place USED to be off the hook, big bowls and great ingredients, best burrito joint in town I would have said, but recently I don't know what's happened, the portion are small and the sides are tiny, common fresh burrito FILL US UP

I keep coming back to this place. So good. They sure know what they are doing!! Best burritos and supreme fries in guelph! Just ,y opinion. Definitely try this place out if you haven't. Highly recommend.

Do Not Risk Your Life ordering fish here.I got served with RAW/undercooked fish!Lack of basic cooking knowledge. They cook raw fish straight up from the fridge! I believe as anyone who cooks, knows you gotta let the food sit in the room temperature first otherwise it won’t cook through! If the staff don’t know how to cook, just take that off the menu! You could potentially food poisoning ppl.Besides, the staff didn’t even seem to be serious about it. It was a takeout, I drove home, opened my meal, drove back again, 45 mins wasted yet didn’t even get an apology.Ordered this Fish Bowl takeout on Saturday night, Mar 5th.
Under new management. Not what it was when it opened. I have never had someone massage my burrito to mix it all together before rolling it and then try to jam it into a little paper bag. Not at all impressed.
