First time I have been to a Firehouse. Sub was great. Not cheap but at least it was great. Staff were friendly, place was clean and it was busy.

I LOVE firehouse subs, but this location is extremely disappointing. Ordered a large party platter of subs and Bread came rock hard and not fresh at all. Called to share feedback so the manager is aware of the quality and he argued and said we were wrong and that the bread is fresh. Very disappointing experience and a lot of money wasted of the platter. No empathy or customer service was shown.

Food tasted ok just ok, price for one sub was 17.50 no drink nothing , then the young lady tells me to take a cup and fill my drink, I picked up the cup only to see her run around the counter and tell me that oops she made a mistake for telling me to get the drink. What a joke! Not .For 17,50 I am not impressed.

Great sub but way over priced. Is it just me or do we all have to speak out about this situation. For what you get you can basically make it at home for $5 this shouldn't be priced so high for University students $20 for a large sub and a drink you can get the same deal at Subway for $10. Just putting it out there.Thank you all

First and last time ordering from Firehouse Subs. 3 items for our order and they were all wrong/missing items. First sub was supposed to be no tomatoes and no mayo... it was loaded with both. Second sub ( the engineer) says it comes with mushroom cheese deli mustard. None of these were on it except for 2 small pieces of mushrooms on one half of it. 1 tomato slice on one half and other half had none. I found literally 1 piece of onion. 3rd order was missing the kids chips and apple juice.

I totally agree with you went there ordered an engineered sub..The turkey meat is the same quality has the supermarket. The bread quality is from a dollar store consistency.. 12 dollars for medium!!. Same waited like 20 mins and 2 ppl were ahead of me.. and the bread was saggy.. There is no special about this place. Your buying a overprice low quality sub that i would only feed to my dog.. After taking one bite I had to feed my dog the remaining balance. This franchise needs to be expose for scaming customer into buying low quality product. What a joke!!!!

The subs are precisely okay. Nothing amazing. Turkey was decent veggies were fresh bun was good. Sauteed mushrooms are kind of a disappointment as I'm pretty sure they were canned. Broccoli cheese soup was pretty mediocre, tasted pretty much exactly like Tim Hortons. Would potentially go back but will be trying some other stuff in the area first

the best ever I always return hopefully with Tim's taking over they keep the QUALITY and dont start changing the menu as they do with other franchises they take over

Firehouse subs never fails to serve fresh tasty food. Add chopped pickles to the sub, Yum. Good food and helping First Responders, way to go Firehouse!

Incredible staff. They serve hot subs and I love going their twice a week.
