Service was good, Burrito toppings good, but NOT the chicken. What little there was in the burrito was dry and hard with gristle. I am not even sure it was chicken.
I'm a regular customer. Always get a huge ground beef. Went in today and I ordered and paid for a huge but received a big. Not a huge gripe. But I'm sure a lil compensation to make up for the big mistake wouldn't be a huge deal.Typically love this spot and overlook slight mistakes but was a lil disappointed when I ordered my huge and only got a big.
They made my burrito wrong. Took one bite and my mouth was on fire (ordered nothing spicy). Called to say something was wrong and the person told me there was nothing he could do. He said he had no authority to do anything because he had only been working there for 2 months and the only other staff working was in training. I asked if I could get the burrito made again correctly, and was told I would have to pay for a second burrito. Absolutely ridiculous. The food had to go in the garbage and I had to make a different dinner. Terrible experience.
If you dine in person, food is great. Always fresh and quick service. DO NOT order online. Food is literally always wrong. Every single time.
Nice location. In middle of the beautiful Guleph. Store was kept clean. Although food was not that good. The beans in my burrito was too gooey. Also the burrito was too dry. Next time I hope I'll be able to see some improvement.
This resteraunt is horrible ... the guelph location is subpar. They take forever to deliver, always cold and never correct. Waited an hour for cold food that wasn't what we ordered. This location is bringing down the chain!
Very very bad for experience. First time ordering on door dash, waited an hour with continuous delays on the delivery time. I called the store and a very rude employee answered and said their driver was not there and they hadn’t even started making the food yet. I asked him to cancel my order and he wouldn’t. Was 0 help and offered no apology. Will definitely never be attempting to order from here again.
Ordered from here pre-covid and it was terrible. Arrived stone cold, soggy and with no flavor. I'm not sure why I expected anything different but thought I'd give them another chance almost 2 years later. My burrito bowl was at least warm this time. But the chicken was weird and pasty. Like something out of a can. Nothing in the bowl really seemed fresh. And the guac and chips was comprised of grease soaked chips that were still uncooked in done parts and guac that tasted suspiciously like the gross premade grocery store guac that comes in a plastic bag. Couldn't finish it.
The customer Service Representative Laurenwas horrable and Was Talking tooRudely with people..Not worth for what we spend. This lady has too much Ego.. very Arrogant. When I told her she Intentionally Make my burrito Roughly. I should give only 1 star but because owner was very nice and he sortout matter very calmly, So I'm giving 2 stars.
I have a severe dairy allergy and it makes it difficult for me to go out to eat. I went here one night with a friend and after much humming and hawing decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed. These guys took care of me. They accommodated my allergy and made it all seem effortless even though I’m fully aware of the nuisance it can be. On top of the excellent care taken to prepare my burrito, the finished product was both delicious and massive. I got the “Huge” to see if it lived up to the name and…wow. This thing was HEFTY. I had to continuously switch the hand I was carrying it because of the weight. I was impressed. Burritos are an addiction and this is where I go to get my fix.
