Very fast service and friendly staff. My wife had a medium chocolate shake and I had a strawberry shake. Delicious and done the we way we like it. Very thick.
I saw the sign saying it was open so I stopped in for an oreo blizzard and it tasted great. However, I was using the DQ app on my phone and noticed that it said the store was closed. I showed the app to a couple employees thinking they'd be surprised and want to bring that to a manager or owners attention, possibly explaining why business was slow at 7 pm on a warm summer evening. Nope, they just smiled and went about chatting with other staff about non-work activities. If the sales were down for that night or week I might know why.
Eat in wasn't as good..No kids only menu..No napkins.. we had to ask more than once.. and we had to clean up after ourselves including wipe tables..
Bathrooms were very dirty, and there was no soap in the dispenser for hand washing. It wasn't very busy at all which is why this was disappointing.
Waited almost 10 minutes when there were only 2 cars in front of me.Not to mention my Blizzard wasn't even the kind I ordered.
The main part, burgers, fries, onion rings were not good. Ice cream was great
I guess the staff was trying something new and used my ice cream as a door stopper.Then proceed to give me the ice cream afterwards and wouldn't make a new one.
Got my wife icecream cake for her birthday and it was amazing and great customer service
My husband and I thought we would try something we've never had before. Ordered three double cheeseburger meals. The only thing good was the mugs root beer. Fries were ok, not salted enough and the burger itself, the part of the meal you really pay for was inedible. The bun was stale and hard on the edges and the patty was overcooked to burnt and very dry. Extremely disappointed with my entire order. Will NOT be doing it again.
Not just ice cream, their burgers are very delicious! Lots of options, I like the Swiss Mushroom burger. The onion rings are also yummy although I prefer fresh mushrooms to ones from the can.
