Way too expensive now. Hubby wanted a strawberry banana blizzard, which we've never had trouble ordering. They entered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard without cheesecake, and then charged us for the banana substitution! "because a banana is big and we have to cut it"
What not to like about the great ice creams at Dairy Queen... lots of delicious choices.What I do recommend though, is their Chicken strip basket. It's awesome. So delicious, crispy and tasty and at an amazing price.This Dairy Queen location is the best in Guelph. Never had an issue at this location.Fully recommended ????????
Went to the stone road location in Guelph Saturday May 28th, ordered banana split, sundae,blizzard, got my banana split,sundae in about 10 minutes, after 20 minutes as I ed if they can hurry with the blizzard, obviously they forgot about it, so after 30 minutes waiting to get all my ice cream, I asked them to replace my banana split and sundae as they are completely melted waiting for the forgotten blizzard. They ignored me and would not even acknowledge me, finally fed up just left with 2 ice creams completely melted. I wanted my money back but again no one acknowledged me so I just left, got home tried freezing them, still gross, I don't recommend this dairy queen
I didnt have a an amazing experience.. I got the drumstick with peanuts blizzard it was extremely salty and was honestly dissatisfied with that. Maybe it was just because it was the the bottom of the container but it was super salty.
Currently at 11 minutes and counting after I ordered in the drive through. Maybe I'll get my order before tomorrow.Seriously hire more staff or train them better. The wait times here are absurd
Good ice cream, very nice test . I liked that . They have burgers as well . And cakes for birthday .
Best Dairy Queen to get the grill menu food always comes fresh and they always add extra if you ask for extra tops with a charge of course . Not like other dairy queens when you ask for extra they charge you and don’t add extra Oreos for example.
1 star goes to the DQ franchise. Every location has extremely slow service and quality has been going downhill the last few years. Shame on DQ for making this once great franchise a thing of the past.Seems like they don’t care anymore.
Went there today, honestly wish I could leave lower star reviews. We went in and ordered and then waited there for 20 minutes waiting for 3 blizzards, we also witnessed an employee roughly passing out food to a customer who was there way longer than us (They said they were there about 30 minutes waiting for 2 burgers. ) We then got our blizzards which would never pass the upside down test as they sat on the other side of the counter as they went to make more orders without giving it to us.If you love long waits and melted blizzards that are like milkshakes then I’d give this place 5 stars. Never going back again.
Great place for a burger or a snack melt! I like the coffee better than the other places nearby. My favourite place to go to for break.
