I ordered 2x 26oz popcorn chicken. I received one 10.75oz and one 19.7oz box of popcorn chicken. This is not the first time. Good food but regularly shorts their customers.
I love Coco, the best chicken sandwich in the city! It gets sloppy and is falling apart by the end, but the portion size and taste is immaculate so I keep coming back.EDIT: Thank you for the reply! I have updated my review. I apologize for assuming your fries were frozen. Your explanation makes perfect sense and I understand why you do differently for delivery. Stopped by this place while waiting around Guelph Go. Ordered chicken wings and fries from a limited menu. The wings were very good, there was no gameyness or weird aftertaste you sometimes get with Korean fried chicken. The waffle fries were good but the chicken was the star of the dish.The take out packaging was a nice eco-friendly box and lots of napkins were given.
Popcorn chicken - taste, texture, sauce and portion size were all greatWaffle fries - unfortunately were quite crunchy. I've seen a few reviews saying that they were soggy, so if Coco's is reading those reviews and trying something new then GREAT! Bit too crunch this time though.Will definitely be back!

Coco Chicken is amazing! Everytime we're in Guelph we always visit! The food is consistently delicious and the staff are also very friendly. Keep it up! We love your food!
I was pretty disappointed with the fried chicken sandwich. I got the fried chicken sandwich combo with dark meat and sweet & spicy sauce. The fries were soggy, and the chicken was moist but also soggy and had too much breading. Not sure if it was just the time I went but overall had a bad experience especially for $16.
To be honest, this can barely qualify as a sandwich. To call this chicken sandwich... a sandwich, is to say that spaghetti bolognese is a soup, or a stuffed pepper a salad.Basically two pieces of fried chicken, barely held together by two buns trying their absolute hardest not to be victims to the juiciness of the glorious chicken.Absolutely outstanding. Not a sandwich though.
I tried the chicken burger combo recently here and was simply amazed! Everything tasted fantastic and was cooked very well. Good work gentlemen, I'll definitely be back ?
The popcorn chicken is to die for! Highly recommend the mixed box for a good mix of tasty chicken. They are very friendly and not afraid to make things right if there's ever a mix-up.
