Ice Cream was good. Same with the presentation. However I would not recommend getting a medium size and eating it outside on a hot day. It will melt all over your hand.Staff was great for answering my questions amd concerns.
This shop has a wide array of chocolate & cute gift ideas (for teachers, holidays, etc). The inside is super cute & it’s unique.The ice cream flavours (tried 2) weren’t that flavourful & I wasn’t a big fan…. but I had to give 3 stars for the other products & store design. Wouldn’t come again for ice cream though.
I took my two girls there and the sweet aroma from inside was amazing. Friendly staff and quick service was much appreciated. We ended up sitting outside to have our ice cream. Great outside area for sitting and enjoying our treat. Will definitely come back and try something different.
Best chocolate covered icecream in Canada! This particular time they were a bit cheap with the toppings, in Quebec they cover it with peanuts.
Really happy with the service here. The treats look awesome. I think I'll stick to raspberry sorbet next time it's soo good.
The ice cream is creamy and not too sweet while the chocolate is delicious - somehow stays soft-ish even after sitting on the ice cream a few minutes. Chocolate dip flavours you won't see anywhere else - not sure how many but around 10 dips. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. A really fun experience and worth the drive from Waterloo!
We ordered a medium cookies and cream, and a small salted caramel. They accidentally gave us two small cones, they offered to fix it but considering how big the small was, we opted to stick to the small and happy about our decision. It tasted great; however, the 4-star is more due to personal preference and feeling that it was very very heavy. The chocolate coat was very thick, about 4mm thickness. The toppings were great and the ice cream tasted nice but we felt like the dip was overpowering. We expected a thin layer of chocolate dip. I'd come back for a nice soft-serve but I won't be getting any of the dipping options.

I went here for only my 2nd time and took my girlfriend and it was her 1st time. The lady behind the counter was very accommodating and gave us a run-through of the menu and was patient with us. And the ice cream and their different choices of chocolate are great! Highly recommend and will be going back!!
Wow! I enjoyed my visit to Chocolats Favoris sooo much. Customer service was friendly and generous, and the food was delicious. Got dipped ice creams, and the brownie dessert bowl and everything was so rich in flavor. The whipped cream on top of the bowl was super creamy; I haven't tasted such delicious whipped cream in a looong time! Thanks, and we'll definitely return..
