Great food, certainly at the top of the list in Guelph, quality of food is miles ahead of any other Chinese Restaurant in the Guelph area. Even the Mandarin Restaurant can’t stack up to China Express, keep up the excellent quality of food guys for taste and price. Chalkie
Got takeout from here while visiting family recently. The food was delicious and prices comparable to the prices at home. The owner and his family (I’m assuming) were super friendly! My son enjoyed getting to order with someone who looked his age and asked if he could work there too! He is already asking when we get to go visit his aunt again so he can see “that pretty girl who takes orders”. Making fun memories at the most unexpected places is always worth a glowing review!
You can feel the msg smack you just before your done your plate..plates all almost tast the same and is priciest.

This place has the best Chinese food in Guelph!! The portions are large, extremely fresh. We’ve tried many in Guelph but we will look no farther. We e found the best !!!!
I like their food and don't really care about the raised prices since covid, but what I do care about is being treated like they don't want my business. The little girl who answers the phone there is very, very rude. She makes me feel as if she doesn't want to take my order. This has occurred more than once. The owner, who seems nice, and receptive, asked her to apologize to me after I gently explained to him how I was made to feel, but his little girl refused to apologize. She can't be more than 12 years old, and refused to apologize!? I was gobsmacked. There is nothing more I can do accept not to go back. Shame on you.
They have increased the price on the item I ordered by %25 in the last 2 years. Of course they can do it but I won't be back. Too expensive
Really great value for the price you pay
After buying from them a few times, we finally gave up and have gone to a different restaurant. Owner is rude and his two young daughters are just as bad. All three of them make you regret walking in the door. So why would anyone keep going there for mediocre food along with an attitude that says "we don't care"? Extremely unfriendly people!
