Their burgers taste good but sometimes their customer service is low.
Love the burgers and their deals through th mobile app?, I always eat in so have not had a problem with their drive-thru.
They had run out of whopper patties...usually they are good but unfortunately I didn't recieve a good experience on this visit.
What happened to this location? The service was decent, but the food was sub par. At the time you were not busy. My chicken fries were bone dry, the fries were not hot. Those should have been dropped when I ordered them only takes 3 minutes.To the person talking about an employee driving around the drive thru 20 times. It doesn't increase ratings at all. It lowers their service times, but head office will see 20 less sales that hour and will know the times are forged.
Drive thru should be called "park & wait & wait". I had to wait a total of 13 minutes for 2 cars to go through & was then told they would be right back. Waited another 4 minutes & decided to leave. Is the person on drive thru only handling one car at a time??? Ever wonder why you lose business. Ridiculous!!
Have loved the veggie burger from this place for years. Not been back for 6 years, until today. It didn't disappoint. Service was a little slow but the order was correct and the staff polite.
I've been to this location 3 times in the las couple weeks now. I always order on the mobile app ahead of time to get the great deals.I've never had to wait too long and only ever seen one car in front of me in the drive thru.The parking lot and layout is strange, but mostly clean.The gentlemen that runs the place, with the head gear, always smiles and his staff has been friendly to me the last couple times I've been there.The food is always hot and fresh, and my order always correct.I only with that they were open earlier for breakfast like the one in Cambridge on Hespeler Rd as this one is on the way home from work, and the other I have to go out of my way for sometimes.
Saw a worker in employee clothing going around the drivetru no less than 20 times while we waited for our food. My guess is they're trying to set the average time of the purchases in drivetru lower than what it actually is to increase their store ratings. Silly to stoop to this level... Food isn't better or worse than the next BK.
Worst place ever. Waited 20 minutes for fast food, got an extra meal and charged for it, did not get an upgrade of poutine. Service was bad, food was bad. Only one guy making burgers knew what was going on. Will never go back again.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Just came here for a work order & I ordered two strawberry shakes when I got to the window she told me I did not say strawberry & told me it’s already made and got into a dispute with me about it? how unprofessional, plus always long wait times here everytime i’ve been, don’t recommend
