Came out with wrong order for me. I had my 3 year old so I wasn’t going to wait for a new one. Her pizza was so hot the whole time could not eat it. Went to bathroom with her, went to wash our hands. Turned on COLD water, it was so hot even I couldn’t touch it. Ants were all around us, but I think that was the best part for her because it kept her entertained. 100% do not recommend.
We visited this location about three months ago. This was our first time back to dine in since the COVID shutdowns. We have dined at this location in the past and did have good experiences.There must have been some changes as the food was not up to par at this visit. The pizza was overdone and the toppings ended about three inches from the edge. We did request a replacement. We also ordered wings which were also overdone. We ended up taking the replacement pizza home as we needed to leave. The replacement pizza was the same and we ended up tossing it in the trash.That being said we will return again to give them another chance hoping that these issues were short lived and my review will be edited.
Normally I’m quite satisfied however I ordered Uber eats tonight and both my cactus chip orders are completely burnt!! Not sure how the cook thought this was OK to send.
Went there for a quick snack and drinks, Lauren was our server, she was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very upbeat and polite. I have been here a few times and the new owners have made some nice changes including Corona on tap! Will definitely be back soon
I honestly love their food. I've never been disappointed in their quality of food. It honestly never fails though when I order delivery or pick up from this restaurant something is wrong. I ordered a hungry kids pizza and got a smaller one. One time I ordered grilled chicken and got crispy. All was still tasty (thats just 2 times). Just not what I ordered and it's frustrating ordering and having one thing constantly go wrong.I don't typically eat in so maybe that's a lot different but pick up and delivery is always a disappointment.
Place wasn't busy at dinner. Staff were basically absent at crucial parts of our meal experience upon arrival, or where it would have been nice if they had brought water at the beginning or checked if we wanted condiments or weren't hiding in the back. They did bring out birthday brownies though so thanks for that.
I’ve had better service at McDonalds-I was with a large party of 11 and all of us couldn’t believe how inattentive our waitress was given a large party would be her biggest tip of the night. I was prepared to not tip at all - but then she brought us the cheque then came back 5 min later and said oh I forgot to add gratuity - so makes sense they don’t put any effort in when there’s a large party and get tipped 15% no matter what. I did fill out the survey on the receipt immediately and no response in 2 weeks.
Nice server but the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo was not good. The sauce was actually watery and not thick and creamy. I finished it because the noodles and shrimp was cooked ok but there was way too much spinach floating in the watery sauce for my liking.
My boyfriend and his mom went to have lunch together there his mother is a senior citizen with a handicap who used the washroom handicap stall had no toilet paper.Sadly so she had nothing on her and did the best she could to clean herself up and then went back to the table in tears.My boyfriend told one of the waitresses as they checked out and she Shrugged It Off like it was no big deal.The waitress proceeded to explain that the toilet paper dispenser in the handicap bathroom is broken and no other reason was explained or any kind of apologies given not even a discount off the bill.So I suggest if you have to use a handicap bathroom definitely don't eat here!
Bad behaviour of the guy with black cap and long hair, who was serving food. Totally spoiled our mood. Worst customer service!!
