You get a big lump of food for the price. The quality and service are ok, but just ok. I have been there a few times and never felt bad about spending my money but it never grabs me and makes me want to return. I guess it is a good change from the usual.
Went in today and the girl behind the counter was not wearing a mask, then put it on when she saw me come in. Got a burrito bowl, went home and started eating, and bit into a small black rock? Will be going to other locations for now on

I usually enjoy the food and service here but was very turned off tonight. The girl behind the counter was not wearing a uniform but instead a crop top. Her stomach was all over the counter and she had long hair that was not in a hair net. I was going to walk out if she was going to serve me but the other, more professional and sanitary employee helped me before she came over. This is very disappointing to see.
Offer a student deal and when trying to use it for two burritos i was told i can only use my student card for one which is understandable but i want to clarify it does not say that on their advertisement. My friend who didnt come with me sent me a photo of her student card and i was told that they would not accept that for the second burrito and they needed her to physically come. Considering it was my first time coming across this one would expect them to warn me going forward to save two dollars rather than tell me to pick up my friend and bring their student ID. Bad customer service. Quesada across the street had no problem doing it for me.

Best burrito in the town , the staff is really nice , especially the tall girl . I visit this place 2-3 times every week and never had any issues . Good service
Placed an online order.. I arrived 20 min after. And when I spoke with staff, they have just printed the order and started. Had to wait another 15 min
The food here is consistently good. I always order ahead and have rarely waited.
I was at the place on harvard. There was one dude working his ass off trying to content with walk ins and online orders. I waited 30 minutes for my order to be taken. Why would management leave this poor dude all by himself?!
