My favorite. I love the chubby chicken sandwich and the onion rings are the best.
Messed up the drive thru order- forgot to add fries. Which happens and is fine. But despite calling them 9 times, right away, during their working hours, no one picked up. Need to improve the quality of customer service offered.
Pulled into drive thru for a quick bite. One car in front of me only, no one in the place. After ordering I was told to park where I then had to wait almost 15 minutes for a burnt Beyond Meat burger. NEVER AGAIN! No wonder the place was empty!!
Been waiting for over 20 minutes in the drive thru and no car at the window. Who ever owns this place should be stripped of being a franchise owner
This A&W location is very nice. The staff is very nice and the location is very clean, the washrooms are clean. The food is great and very thing of this location is great. Love this place.
Had to try the new Best Burger Ever burger. Hit the DT, asked to park. Ok, NP, this short wait was worth it. The deep fried pickles were just right out of the fry basket, lava hot. The fried onions on the bottom added a savory richness overall to the burger. The buns, nicely toasted. Will have one more before there gone.

The batter on the onion rings was cracked and falling off or nonexistent they were all clumped together. So unappetizing. . I didn’t have one onion with batter on the whole ring The cheese was so melted into the bun you couldn’t taste it. The burger tasted like they haven’t cleaned the grill in awhile . You could see all the black scrapings from the grill on the bun. . Don’t go to this location. Terrible food. Hadn’t had A&W in so long and was looking forward to ,just to throw it in the garbage. It deserves a no star review.
I ordered a chedar bacon Uncle combo with sweet potato fries, I drove up to the drive-thru window which took a total of 2 minutes, to my surprise my order was ready I asked how can you have it done so fast no response, I thought ok maybe they had it pre cooked no biggie, I got home the burger was not cooked all the way the fries were also not cooked properly in the garbage it all went, ya this location is run very poorly won't be going back.
There is no dining inside this restaurant due to lack of staffing issues.
