Hours aren’t correct on google. They told me at 7:40 that they were closed. Actual closing time is 7:40.
Waited for 10 minutes to order the item that had a full menu display dedicated to it, only to be told they don't have it the shipment was delayed. Take it off the screen? Put up a post it note saying it's out?
Showed up with 20 minutes to spare before mall closed. Was told Kitchen closes early and I was too late to order food for my kids. Won’t be back.
I just went to this location for my lunch break and I noticed the girl in the back was making food with no gloves on, did not see her wash her hands once as well as touched my fries so they wouldn’t fall. The girl doing cash seemed completely over today, which is understandable however in customer service, u should at least act like ur having an okay day. They acted as if it was an issue for me to come order..
No burgers available, except Momma. Almost 1h before closing.
Did not eat there today, but as a previous employee of another store. Found it VERY inappropriate that the manager wished to have a coaching conversation at the front of the store in front of customers. The poor girl looked so uncomfortable. There a place for these discussions to take place & it is NOT in front of customers.
After waiting ten minutes, they told me it would be 3 minute wait. There was no one else there. Wouldn't give me a refund when I said I couldn't wait as i only get a 15 minute break. It was then actually another 5 minutes. So i wasn't able to even eat my food and it went in the garbage.they also bumped all orders mine and the two that came in afterwards so that they wouldn't ruin their "times" but if it takes you 15 minutes to make a value pick item, then who are you really fooling? Doesn't help that in high school I worked at an a&w so only added the the frustration as i know how easy the job is. Ridiculous.
Feb 2ndI think she was the manager, very courteous and polite.made sure to use my name whenever she spoke to me.Quick service, would recommend.
I would give a zero if I had that option. The young lady behind the counter was incredibly rude. I had to repeat myself multiple times and she kept messing up. Then she became quite rude to me. And the breakfast sandwiches were barely warm. The hash browns were good.
So I went in this morning wanting a classic bacon and eggs combo waited a few minutes for resturant to open to get up there to place my order and they couldnt make my meal I wanted because the girl was new . Seriously why would the company hire a person that doesnt know how to make a simple bacon eggs and toast. I couldn't believe it so I left A hungry 7 in half month pregnant woman not happy with a & w today .
