I made a mobile order and showed up to pick it up, the girl who was working the window kept the window shut the entire time I was there until my order was ready, I could hear them discussing how much food I had gotten while looking over to me and then back and forth to a man who had a different uniform on who I assume was the manager.When my food was all done, she opened the window handed me the bags and said "uno,dos,tres" counting the bags and then closed the window leaving me unable to say anything about how bad the service was. I come here all the time and have with my family for years but I'll probably just order during the day if that's how your overnight staff operates.
Went for baconator breakfast sandwich. Said no cheese . Sandwich had some kind of sauce on it so asked what it wasCheese sauce, what part of no cheese don't they understand. They made me another sandwich but not very happy about it. No customer service attitude.
The manager, chashiere Cassandra and the hustler that packs the online orders are the REAL MVPS <3 thank you for being awesome, definitely my favorite location in Sudbury hands down!!!!!
Trying to give your order through Drive thru is a nightmare. Most of the staff have poor listening skills when we order... they're rude most times and rush you to the next person. I've never had issues before until the recent months...
Wendys is my favourite burger joint! Quality in their service and food. Excellent selections, clean restaurant. Fast, efficient and very accurate!
Food is great but who ever was working drive through at 8:57 pm on April 21st 2022 should definitely learn customer service.You're working for a company you can't be rude for no reason and try and rush a person because you don't want to do your job properly.The food is always great just that one lady working the drive through needs an attitude check!
It is a Wendys. It’s clean. We had burgers. My daughter refused to eat hers. But she drank her milk. So that’s something I guess ??♂️.
This location is great!! The cashiers are friendly and seem happy. The food is always good, and made well. Ilove that they have a large variety of items on their menu, so there's something for everyone!!
Other fast food joints need to learned from these employees at Wendy's. Excellent attitudes, superb service and they respect their customers. You actually want to go back. Management must treat employees well? because it shows through the employees.
Only takeout these day. But anyway it's ok. Good taste as usual good. Hope to sponsor and dine and enjoy the hit meal instead to eat in the car.... LoL
