Toppers quality has gone down in my books drastically over the years.Barely any cheese on the pizza, the “boneless” chicken bites are awful and processed fake chicken.I will not be giving toppers my business anymore
Another bad experience at Toppers king street, paid for a hot sauce swirl and did not get it, asked for one of the pizzas well done - not a chance this place has gone downhill hill in the last 6 months and I will never order there again. I called and was left on hold for 9 + minutes waiting for a supervisorI always left positive reviews but that’s over, love the form letter response they have resorted to when you leave a negative response on the email they send
Tried them again tonight after not ordering there for a while due to the poor quality , not sure what happened but they have gone down hill over the last 6 months used to order frequent and always had good food Never again this was the last time ever
Not sanitary. They don't wear masks while handling your food. I've already emailed ccc but they didn't bother getting back to me.
Toppers is one of the factors that help me make my decision to move to Sudbury. First time I tried it it blew me away since I'm from a small town in northern Ontario called Hearst and we only have a few pizza places there, this was something different and special. 20 yrs later I still love it, although I order it might on the sauce every pizza and extra cheese and bacon, it's the bomb. Every Tuesday they have a special, you pay for a.medium and you get a.large, I always order, every Tuesday a large toppers ten w extra cheese, extra bacon and crust brushed w garlic butter and hold on the olives and mushrooms. Amazing food, highly recommended :)

They were very slow and my pizza was cold but the staff was very friendly and polite

The only order they've ever got right for me was the lrg pepperoni walk in deal.... Other than that, they screw up toppings, drinks, sizes, you make it.... I went from a few times a month, to once every few years!
