Made the wrong sandwich and asked to please make a new one, the attitude of the lady make sure I won't go there again.
My favourite Tim’s in town. Morning staff is great always a pleasure to see them. Drive-thru is always quick and coffee always tastes what ordered. Best iced Capps also. I do have a comment about 1 staff member in the evening she is not the friendliest but overall I will by pass the Algonquin location and get my coffee there everyday!

Very helpful n polite n full of smiles
There is one lady in morning staff, her name is terry i think so. And she takes an order from me and I forget to add bagel in my order and when i said her to make a bagel for me on window with humble request, this lady’s reaction changed so quickly and she said something to me. Which was such a shameful move. If you can’t work in the morning then don’t do it. And then a lady who came to handover me my stuff handed my bagel so rudely. Yesterday her reaction was bad too while i was talking to her so respectfully. This was so bad but and embarrassing. I want manager or management to take action.
