Had the cilantro bowl with slow cooked chicken and it was a disappointment. The lettuce was wilted, the chicken was in teeny bits, suggesting the broken up remnants at the bottom of the bowl and there was only about a tablespoon of the quinoa/brown rice mix. The bowl barely reached the half-way mark in terms of content.

18 June 2022 At 5:50 p.m., I went to Tim Hortons in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada 465 Barrydown rd At the drive-through, I requested a medium coffee with 1/4 cream and 1/2 sugar. I had overheard one of the ladies who took my order, whose name was Carter, make fun of my accent (English is my second language) and how I said "Quarter" as they were making fun of my accent. She showed disdain for my accent and tried to persuade her pals to make fun of me. She never expressed any remorse... I've never encountered a problem like this at a Tim Hortons before.She’s rude I’m a doctor at the university and she’s didn’t even finish her high school very bad not training her how to respect customer and be polite so bad

Good service for ordering 2 Chicken bacon wraps and iced coffee. Trouble was the frigid temperature inside the Barrydowne location. 60 degrees F very cold at this time of year. Maybe 74 degrees F outside in Sudbury today. Staff said it is put of their control to raise up the restaurant to 72 degrees F which is expected by customers. I took photos to show how empty the dining tables were when I made Order #377 at about 6:30pm Monday May 9th, 2022. There was a dry soap dispenser in the Men's washroom at this time as well.

If I could give this store a 0 rating I would. Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, got home and the bagel was completely burnt, I couldn't believe it. I called the store and he tells me "sorry about that, but we were extremely busy" that just blows my mind.

Ordered a bacon and egg breakfast combo. The sandwich was flopped together and the cheese wasn't even melted. The store is so clean and nicely renovated, too bad the food wasn't in to par.

Most of the Tim Horton locations don't listen to what you order anyways, especially when you have a dairy allergy. Cross contamination always goes on to these locations. Nobody listens. People need to start taking it more seriously. If they're doing a dairy allergy across contamination or doing a nut allergy across contamination, they need to be more aware of what they're doing

Breakfast is suppose to be an important meal of the day right? So I heard... except when you're disappointed! Requested a toasted EXTRA cream cheese bagel and recieved the saddest bagel. I'll just make my own. Timmies do better please!

The evening shift has a bad habit of messing up your order, and 1 out of every 10 coffees lately is full coffee grinds it's gross..

Second time I've been to this tims and there card reader has malfunctioned and took money from my account and still states that my card was declined but when I go on banking app and or go to the bank they tell me it in indeed whent threw so now once again im out of a lunch and now 22.80. 100% dont recommend this tims as you'll just get robbed... edit called tims management told them and sent proof. Now im getting a $100 gift card sent to my address.

Sheena (I could be misspelling) was absolutely DELIGHTFUL at almost 1 a.m. I had called to see what they were able to make so late in the evening, and they told me that they still had bagels left but they would have to be thrown out soon as it was changeover time. After confirming that I would like to come pick one up, they made sure to set aside the bagel of my choice and ask me what I wanted on it. Upon arrival, they were just so bubbly and kind, and even allowed me to come into the closed store because I really had to use the washroom! Overall amazing customer service and this person should certainly be considered a very valuable asset of your team. Thanks Sheena!!
