This used to be a good Tim Hortons. Was once Friendly and quick, never had a problem here until today. Service slower than it used to be, with many advertised menu items unavailable. The staff are doing their best, but don't seem to have a high level of training or quality control. Suspect a change in management may have worsened things here.
Fast friendly service. They didn't make any mistakes with my order. Clean bathrooms. Better than most tim hortons I've been to
Pretty awful customer service when the drive through is ten cars lined up. So I decide to go inside, all your workers are standing there doing nothing, looking at each other deciding who’s going to take my order. Stood there for about 5 minutes, one of the guys asked another guy to take my order and said no. Pretty sad when your employees treat my order like a burden, horrible customer service. If I could give you zero stars I would :)
I visited this location on Feb 18th around 7pm. Took a total of 15 minutes to get through 3 cars at the drive thru. 5 of those minutes being me at the window waiting for my small dark roast with 2 cream. The staff visibly, through the window, looked too busy gossiping and not working. There was another 8-10 cars behind me. In the end, after repeating my order again 3 times, they charged me for a large and gave me a medium. Not only was it a size bigger than I originally wanted, but it was the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had at a tim hortons before.
Made my vanilla cold brew perfectly with extra vanilla and used actual cold brew and didn't F it up with old iced coffee like so many have , farmers wrap was fresh and made correctly as asked.
Ally experiences with Tim Hortons has been good. Staff friendly food usual fast food establishment.
Went to pick up coffee and soup on Saturday in the store took 20 minutes to get my order.Then on Sunday I go through the drive through ordered BLT got home no tomatoes.So I called Tim’s to tell them about it.and the girl that answered said that they ran out of tomatoes.I asked her why didn’t they notify me when I ordered or when I got to the the drive through window.She couldn’t answer my question.THIS GOTTA THE WORST TIMS IN SUDBURY !!
The staff is great. But this has to be the slowest Tim Hortons I've EVER been to. On multiple occasions have waited 20+ minutes for a simple coffee and sandwich.
Terrible. Multiple orders wrong. I Ask for a chicken wrap i get a wrap with no chicken. Another time i ask for a bagel belt. I get a bagel with just mayo. Another time i ask for 2 med double double. I get 2 french vanillas. The list goes on. Everytime i go the order is wrong. I stopped going all together. There slow with no consistency.
The absolute worst tim hortons in ontario bad management .does not seem to be any training whatsoever no one ever knows what they are doing TIME TO BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION. the longest wait times the worst service SUCKS PERIOD. CORNER OF KINGSWAY ANd LEVESQUE Sudbury. They just cant get it right.
