The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly!
Workers unprofessional and slow, no smile and seems that you are not welcome because then they need to move and do their job. Restroom super dirty and when you ask them for cleaning and add paper it’s such a big deal. They called the police because we are on the parking lot since 2 days if they could talk to us before they will know it’s because our car need to be repair, it’s weekend and all the garage are closed. Moreover their cold brow are not well prepared as the other coffe place.
Went for an ice coffee. The staff was busy and worked very efficiently. Otherwise, a standard Tim Hortons!
I come in to your establishment often and the quality of the food and drink is always good. However one of you cashiers (Shirley) has a very argumentative temperament. I come in here to receive a service not to feel like I’ve done something wrong by simply ordering.

Why is the only 2 options for bagels as barely earmed up eith no crispness or blackened. And no, that is not dark chocolate on my bagel. I order it toasted and I know the one before mune came out just as black.Staff are lovely. Otherwise I would have given it a 1 star.
There really nice there and I go there often and they haven't f'd up my order ever now that I think about.
Now that it's "acceptable" to enter and order in person despite the various pandemic measures, this Tim Hortons location has maintained a quick and efficient level of service.
