Went to this establishment last night (July 31, 2022). Had a group of 10 with us. The staff seemed ok as my little guy with Special needs had to wander and explore the restaurant, they were ok with the wandering and trying to talk to him. Restaurant was fairly quiet at the time yet took a bit longer than expected for the type of food ordered. The pricing we feel didn't fit the portion size and my wife had quesadillas. She told me that she was definitely not a fan. When the server returned with the extravagant bill, my wife told her of the opinion of the quesadilla. Server went to speak to manager who replied, nothing they can do stating she ate it all. My wife reminded the server she had taken the plate with FULL quesadillas!! She replied with oh... haha, sorry. Here's your bill!
Terrible service the first time we were in, even worse the second time, don't bother - not a proper restaurant.Food was cold, host was a jerk, waitress was slow as molasses.
The food was great, portions were excellent, clean space and clean restrooms, service was friendly and welcoming.
Went here last night about 930 with a friend who raved about it. Ordered chips and dip, chicken wings and a parm caesear salad. It was pretty disappointing the wings were overcooked and it was served with brown carrots.The parm caesear salads chicken was dry and had too much dressing. The chips with guacamole was pretty good but it's not hard to make that. 60 bucks for a supper that wasn't very good.
Absolutely fantastic!! The service was great and the food was incredible. There were 5 of us and the waitress did an amazing job. Thanks for the great experience Kaya, we will definitely be back!
Most recent experience overall good. Wait staff were very friendly. All the food that we got was great! Prices are well comparable to what you would expect. Portions for what we order were respectable. Service was a little on the slow side, unsure if that is because our wait staff was serving a large area or what have you. Would go here again soon.
Food and service were great and this one was the nicest Shoeless Joe's in terms of decor and cleanliness. Overall nice family dinner experience. Would be even better if there were more desserts to choose from.
Ordered a Tennessee chicken sandwich for take out with poutin, barely any chicken on the sandwich. Poutin was absolutely trash, threw most of it in the garbage, worst gravy ever, fries undercooked. All in all not impressed to say the least. Do better

Chicken cordon bleu was delicious. Potatoes were cold but staff took feedback well. Beer was sooo cold?
