Thankfully the food is good there because the management is absolutely awful and unprofessional, also make sure you too your waiters/waitresses in cash if you do go there! This establishment takes their employees tips for themselves leaving them with a small percentage!!
We went out for breakfast, and waited about 45 mins to receive half of our food which is fine, they were slightly busy and pancakes took longer. But it then took another 10 minutes to receive a fork to eat our meal and no condiments were given after asking twice. We were only checked in on once and by then we were ready to leave. No coffee refills and terrible service
Lots of space between tables. Accommodates for babies. The eggs are cooked the way I like best. And their pancakes are the most fluffy
I ate here last night and the service was spectacular. But in the morning I stood at the door waiting to be seated as the door sign says and watched the server tend to every table before I left. Seat your clients first or lose them worst service
Bad service we waited a hour and 15 mins and were told that it would be ANOTHER 15 to 20 minutes for our food to come . All the while table that came 15 mins AFTER us...got thier food first. We ended up leaving . Not impressed. Will never be back .
The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly, it is my favorite place to have breakfast every now and then.
I don’t like complaining but guys, we came here twice in three months and the food wasn’t great. We’re a young family, 31,31,2,1, and we waited 40-60 minutes to receive food. It’s really hard to keep kids busy for that long. When we got served, the food was heat lamp burnt. The eggs and meat were so dry there was little moisture left. There was also a couple substitutions that needed to be made last minute because the staff realized options we ordered weren’t available after we already ordered. We always had great service but I feel like whoever you have in the kitchen needs to go. Perkins was always a favourite of mine in my 20’s. Food was hearty, tasty, and quick - a good thing after a night out during university. I don’t think I can bring my family back there in good faith, it seems like a bit of a gamble at this point. And I get it, I’m only one customer writing you, but I can’t be the only one out there. We paid our bill and tipped 15% as per usual, but we feel a bit robbed. We also tried to write to you on your corporate website, but since you’re a primarily US based company, it requests a 5 digit zip code so the form will never submit even if we leave the option blank, or make up a zip code.
I am staying at the travel lodge beside the Perkins, I ordered a shrimp bacon pasta, when I was walking out today the restaurant and to my room I was like the box felt little on the light side. When I got to the room I opened it up and the food looked good but I knew that cause of the weight it might be on the light side. The crisp broccoli and amount of shrimp and bacon in the pasta was a plus, the pasta was a portion size of a kids meal. When you buy a dinner for 20 off bucks you expect it to be filling not an appetizer. Overall if they made it to be a dinner with more pasta then the dish is amazing. I was hungry and ate it didn’t get to take a picture. Definitely would have given a 4 star if they added more pasta.
Staff and food were fantastic but the dinning room is very run down!
i worked here for 3 days and they fired me for not having a car. i took the bus, i was never late. it was like 6 years ago but i thought about it just now and was filled with hatred. fired for doing my best. we live in a society. LOL
