I would give zero stars if I could. Went through the drive through twice, both times with the same girl, I get that these are high school kids but if this is any example of how they’re turning out these days it’s just sad. Both times the order was said very clearly and she repeated it back perfectly fine. So tell me how she couldn’t figure out how to ring the order up properly? Receipt even shows she didn’t ring it up properly. Happening once, okay cool it happens, but twice? On 2 separate days? Now I KNOW there’s nothing in that head between those ears.

Service isn't always the best. Sometimes screw up the order. Most times I have to park and wait. I've had a few good experiences though.

Love the staff. They know my coffee order and are always so pleasant to speak with in the morning!

Disorganized. Bathrooms were lacking and the taps only spouted cold water. Cold air blowing thru the restaurant even tho it was already cold and blustery outside. Confusing to try and order as they run the take away window from the frost counter as well. Person making coffee was all over the place; made large coffees instead of the ordered XL then simply poured the contents into XL cups and topped with more coffee, leaving the coffee / cream / sugar ratio off ..

I ordered 6 hash browns and all of them were severely over cooked, they all were basically burnt to the point that when you bit them they would just turn into crumbs and dust.I am really not pleased with this order or experience. Normally the orders are actually food but this is unacceptable.

I think I will be calling head office as I drive all the way to this location as the website states the drive they is open 24 hours. Pull into the drive thru to be told over the intercom that they are closed. Why advertise you open 24/7 when your not???

Quick drive thru and order was perfect and fries where hot.

Terrible service on regent, arrived around 4:15am and was advised they were closed (i guess open 24/7 doesn't mean open 24/7) was told to return in 10-15 minutes, so I did, waited at the speaker box for over 5 minutes to be told to come back in 5 minutes, so I did, then I was told to come back later. So I asked when I should come back and was told they could not answer that question..if you advertise being open 24 hours a day, you should not be turning customers away. In this time span there was atleast 5 or 6 other customers turned away as well.

Consistent experience. Staff seem upbeat and tend to always have the order perfect.Keep up the great work.

As usual order was not perfect. There is always something missing, and I try to check while at the window (for example I had to remind them of the happy meal I ordered. They gave me the adult meal, drinks and then acted as though they were done). Got home, no Ketchup or dipping sauce. It's just annoying to have to ask for Ketchup and the dipping sauce was specifically requested when I ordered.But it's McDs, not like I'm expecting much lol!
