I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered a deep dish and specifically mentioned "No meat in it". After recieving the pizza, thinking everything is ok, we had a slice each and realized there is pepperoni on it. Upon taking it to them, the cashier said "you already ate half of it. I can't replace it because you ate almost all of it". She fought with me saying she can't do anything about it. On top of that, she refuses to accept her mistake and blame me for it. Worst service and extremely rude cashier.
Amazing staff and the pizzas are hot and delicious ! I really enjoyed and I wanna thank especially that guy Hussein the manager. He's a great guy , thanks to all your team !
Love this Little Caesar location even though it was high traffic time on a Saturday evening. Courteous delivery from store to my car door! Excellent !
Bad customer service , I waited about half hour there and no one took the order .when I asked them to take order , the store front lady start taking order of next person. They don’t care about the customer’s .
They work hard there to make your orders on time always. They'll go the extra mile by bringing your order to your car as well. Food always cook well and it's cooked well every time. Those Buffalo wings were hottest I've ever had. ? I keep going back though
Please teach your staff to be more friendly with customers. The staff in front behave like they doing me a favour. Customer hospitality is the most important in any successful business
Wrong order delivered, driver did not ring door bell or indicate delivery as requested in the instructions, local outlet wants nothing to do with the issue, they just “fill the orders” and direct any issues to a centralized call centre, followed up with a call Center that is very, very busy. Waited 30 minutes for an agent, no luck, then left name and number for call back, 3 hours later no call back yet - failed on all fronts, convinced to go anywhere else in the future.

Friendly staff and great customer service! But I've been to this location 4 times and the crazy bread is terribly dry and awful... waste of money and im very disappointed! Been to many of locations across Ontario and when I go to little Cesar's the crazy bread is what I always look forward to. Sad because this is my current closest location but I will be driving to the valley to fulfill my needs.
