Service was excellent and fast. Food is sub par. Chicken was tasteless. No spices or skin like I remember. Gravy was grease. Fries were soggy. Coleslaw was great though, I gave it two stars, one for great, fast service and one for the coleslaw. Colonel Sanders would be disappointed.
Ordered online 1st time. Fries were completely dead, ordered 7up got Pepsi, No sauce in burger and No ketchup worst exprience.
Thank God for Popeyes and Mary Browns. KFC used to be great now it's the worst I ever had.

Worst experience I have ever had at KFC. I ordered a plant based sandwich combo and asked to be wait for 7 minutes and the the food I got was cold even after asking to wait still got my food cold. They need better management for sure or their rating will going down day by day.
Bought the variety bucket. All small pieces with no breast and chicken was very dry. Won't go back there
