I don’t eat meat often but special occasions often result in different food choices. I remember KFC from those crispy tasty finger licking good days over a decade ago. Unfortunately it wasn’t up to the standard of my expectation. Perhaps the recipe changed and crispy isn’t in these days. Good reason to wait another decade to see if it returns to it’s original recipe and preparation…
The chicken was fresh but somehow cold. The pop machine was out of calibration with carbon. Language barriers and lack of knowledge for there Manu from the front counter worker. Parking was terrible at this location for a half ton truck
Always, Always All the time excuse, No delivery driver want to accept order here , Always wait time more 30 minutes for delivery driver, one new manager i donot the name , he donot know how to talk with delivery man and how to make order on time , didnot seen him today but he always give worst service ,one of girl is waiting here from 15 minutes , still they are saying here to wait 18 minutes because they are cooking chickenjust not only delivery driver , same issues with customers ,i donot have a option for zero star as they donot deserve even one star

These people take your money but when you want your money back it takes them weeks to give it back. This store has now become an embarrassment to our city with how they conduct themselves. Just sad. Bring back the old owners
I love this KFC, it’s my go to spot and favourite location to get food. It’s always warm and I’m greater by the cashier, the dine in is well kept and very spacious. The staff is professional and the new management is really turning the store around he is a polite and courteous young gentlemen. I can tell he likes to keep a well maintained and clean store. The last time I was in KFC ordering food the cashier was cleaning the tables, even the walls! He told me on my last visit they are working on getting their delivery service back up and running, they were using a third party courier for sometime (until their delivery service was back up) but discontinued that due to some problems they were having with them. He did tell me that I am still able to order from skip, Uber, or DoorDash in the meantime. He also informed me they got new phones not to long ago because their old one wasn’t working. I recommend this KFC to anyone wanting to dine in and have good service. Keep up the good work guys!
Ordered through the website and after almost 3 hours of still not having my food I cancelled and requested a refund. Never got the food or the refund. Every time I try and call the store, they never answer. This location is EXTREMELY unprofessional.
Ordered online through their website three weeks ago. Food said 40 minute wait, still hadn’t received it after 2 and a half hours. Called and cancelled my order and requested a refund. It’s been three weeks since then and I still haven’t been refunded. Customer service and head office are also USELESS. If I could I’d give these guys a 0/10
I stopped ordering food from this location. Twice in a row the chicken was almost black and not golden and extra dry like it was 2 days old chicken getting refried, my order was complete both times and no issue with my sides but I make sure I avoid this location now when ordering from skip. I know weekends is usually teenagers so a missing item I could forgive but when food is not edible its a problem any day of the week that's a business that is doomed. I don't see this location lasting now that Popeyes is open and Mary Browns is getting a 2nd location. The food is worse than the Kathleen location was before shutting it's doors.
Placed an online order, received the order after 1.30 hours when they guaranteed to deliver in 40 minutes. They charge $5 for delivery and deliver after 1.30. My both drinks are missing, 6 set of cookies are missing. Trying to contact the store more than 10 times on their website mentioned number but they don’t even care about picking the call. Pathetic service
