Food is up to par for a Kelsey’ but I must say, the service here is probably the best in town. Ive had this young bartender a couple times now, Chloé T, she knows how how to hold it down. One afternoon, there was like 10 tables and a full bar top; she was the only one working and running it like a pro. Totally worth stopping in for a drink.
We went to Kelsey’s to have a birthday dinner for a close friend and we enjoyed our time SO MUCH! The food was absolutely amazing and came in a timely manner. Our server, Chloe, was just amazing! She provided us with fast, efficient, and effective service and was always happy with any request we had! She had a great smile on her face and joked around with everyone and was very entertaining! Will definitely recommend this place to others for both amazing service and great food!
First let me say the waitress was amazing! But I was shocked at how much the prices went up and portion sizes decreased! Not impressed! Still tasted good but if you are going to raise your prices(understandable) you have to keep your sizes the same.
Went here tonight with one of my friends. They were pretty busy but that didn’t impact the awesome service we got from our waitress Chloe. The food was very good and came out hot and fresh!
Do not recommend at all. It was $45 for 1 adult and 1 child to get very mediocre meals. We could have had better meals for half the price at a fast food restaurant. I had a simple request to leave 1 thing off of my sandwich, they didn’t do it. The fries were cold and soggy. They didn’t even bring ketchup to the table, they brought out a cup of ketchup. It took forever to find something that sounded almost ok on the menu and it really was only almost ok. The service was also mediocre- it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great either. Overall, not a good experience & I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody
Ordered their 8 oz. sirloin steak medium rare and small plain wings. Unbelievable......steak could not be cut with steak knife, it was dry and tough. Veggies were tasty but cool and al dente. Wings could hardly be eaten because well overcooked and tough. Wife had some fries and they were cool and dry. Will never go here again. Very disappointed. Will try another Kelsey's in southern Ontario to see if it is the same.
I have been in the restaurant industry for 14 years and this may have been the worst experience I have had. I completely understand things can happen and can be very understanding at times. Everything that could go wrong did. I don't know if the restaurant needs an employee revamp or what but something needs to be done. The food took forever (it was not very busy), when the food did come it was over cooked, dry and wrong, the server barely came to our table (she looked like she was embarrassed for what was happening), second drinks were not offered and when they were they were forgotten about but managed to make it onto our bill. We were never told that the food was taking a little longer than expected or given a heads up about it (we probably would have went somewhere else as it was my dad's birthday and we had two younger kids). During our meals we asked for the manager, the poor guy came out looking disheveled (clothes sloppy and food on them), I'm assuming he had to step in and help in the kitchen. He took a couple of things off the bill (server brought the bill when we hadn't asked for it but it was a blessing because we just wanted to leave at this point), probably should have done a little more since the food was barely eaten and we were barely tended to. I can say that whatever renovations were done are very nice, the atmosphere is inviting and warm, unfortunately it does not make up for the lack of service and food. I hope this can help with any future improvements.
The other night I went to dinner with some friends on and our server, Chloe was absolutely amazing! The drinks were fantastic and our order was made to perfection!! Definitely will be coming back!!
Everything that could go wrong, DID! This place is garbage. Food was disgusting, freezer burnt fries, cold nasty gravey, and the prices on the menu are different once they bring the bill, higher by a lot. Ex. My chicken tenders were 14.89 on menu but said on the bill 20.99 and I only had ice water. The manager is sent the waitress back to deal with it and couldn't bother being a "manager" to come deal with the issue herself. DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!!!
Had lunch recently. They had just opened fir the day. Great service, server very attentive, personable & courteous. Unfortunately the food was not up to par. Fries were not fresh…fried in old grease??my wife had chicken fingers and they looked almost black, my southern fried chicken also looked black…again either overdone in fryer, refried or whatever! Not appetizing at all. Had lunch previously and it was all good. But don’t want to return when you cannot count on being served quality prepared foods,
