Ordered a pizza the menu had inaccurate topping descriptions. The menu stated button mushrooms and bacon strips. Its was canned mushrooms and small crumble bacon. I believe the owners are cutting corners at this location. Iv ordered the same pizza before and it had the button mushrooms and strip bacon. The server wasn't very attentive and it wasn't busy at all. Overall the tip reflected my customer satisfaction ?
The food here is absolutely delicious! We went Friday night on July 1st. Had chickens parmesan plus Caesar salad and garlic loaves. It was the best chicken Parm that anyone of us had, ever! The waitress Emily was nothing short of AMAZING! HUGE portions here, and we were super impressed! It was so good, that we went back on Saturday evening for the same thing, and Emily was our waitress again! I absolutely love this place!!!!! 100 stars!
Dine in with a group, we were sitted fast hardly waited, the waitress was great. Food was served in a timely matter. As for food options it was very limited when it comes to vegan options. Place is lively and busy, good atmosphere. Would recommend with a group of people to eat here.
Our server was absolutely fantastic, but she seemed to have the whole restaurant! Added to this was the manager, who walked around scowling and leaning up against walls! Some of the food was cold, and the manager did nothing to help our server! Not sure if I want to give them another chance ?!
I held a celebration supper for a party of five and we were quite unhappy with the food and the service. It took a long time to be served and everyone ate at different times. Three of us had Ceasar salad and got more of the outer leaves and the grilled chicken was dry. There's no doubt the this is our last meal at this establishment.
take me back to the earlier 2000s when ESM had good food and that ***amazing*** parmesan cheese ? ?it’s nothing like it used to be, more like a frozen microwave dinner thawed now.
Usually a good experience. Last time I went the lady serving us was rushing us even tho there was only 1 other table. She was also unaware of the specials of that day. All in all it was kind of awkward. Every other time tho was a great experience.
Absolutely delicious! I always recommend the Chicken Parm, you can even swap the pasta side for an Alfredo!Food is always amazing and so is the staff! Keep up the great work!
Visiting Sudbury, we had a family lunch and we’re very impressed with the food and seeing the Duty Manager (Tristan) identify a busy lunch period and jump in and take our order. It was exceptional he kept us up to date on our food and keep salad and bread coming . We love it!!!
February 26th 2022. I would 100% avoid East Side Mario's on LaSalle Sudbury tonight. We preordered a family pasta meal for a birthday dinner. After 35min of waiting outside I ended up going in and it still wasn't ready. The worst part is when I finally did get home we were missing the salad. When I called the lady which seemed annoyed by my me asking to get my salad hung up on me. The fettuccine was good but there was hardly any sauce on the spaghetti. We will definitely not be spending our hard earned money at this establishment any longer. Poor quality and worst customer service ever!
