I went last night to get a Sunday and a sign on the door stated that only the drive though was open due to staffing shortages. This is not the only time I have had this happen. The car I took is too inconvenient for me to go through the drive though. I shouldn't need to call ahead to make sure they are open during there business hours.I think I will stick with the Kingsway location.
Very disappointed in how the service has gotten, i used to visit every few days as a treat for my kiddo being a trooper on long car rides but i dont think i will be returning after today.Visited at 7:15 pm today and the staff where rude and smug about messing up my order, kept insisting I pay extra to fix their mistake and ended up charging me 9.58 for 2 medium and one small cone,the cones where smaller than usual and already half melted.unfortunately it seemed to be the manager that was giving the smug attitude and made no effort to remedy the issue, one cone was dipped and we wanted all of them plain, the employee insisted I return the dipped cone and they will make it plain and charge me for a dipped small cone saying they only charged for the two dipped when after three iterations I had to again correct i wanted all plain. I asked why should I be paying for 2 dipped cones and get plain ones, aren't they more expensive, the employee brushed it off and said carelessly " I don't know 70 cents or something"My point was its still an overcharge!I was about ready to demand a refund and just go home, not worth my 10$Want a tip, do a good job!
April 17I phone a heads of time said oh we have assortment. They most surely did not so Bought a Easter Ice Cream CakeWas so disappointed there was about 2 inch inside of ice cream and rest was whip cream . Will never spend $25.00 on a diary Queen cake again. ?
Terrible service and they force you to wear a mask even though the mandates are lifted. I’ll go else where and support other great friendly local business’

Very slow...usually pretty fast although it may have been a busy part of day , approx between 3-5 pm...otherwise GREAT!!!!!?
Always down for a tasty cool treat!Fast, efficient and clean!Their method of passing food through the window is ingenious and will really minimize any possible covid transmission even if the person purchasing isn't wearing a mask (plz do, it's the bare minimum)Driveway is a bit worse for wear, but nobody's perfect.
