This ordeal was terrible. They easily could have resolved their error by just giving us our order, but instead they wasted our time and made us feel like we qere inconveniencing them the whole time. First the cashier got my order wrong, then they made me refund a kid's meal I didn't order just to have me re order a 3 chicken strip meal... 3 times... and pay for that seperately... so all in all I have 4 reciepts. The food was ok at best, but WAY overpriced.

Worst service ever wait 20 mins for your food and if it's chilly out and you have to keep you car running with the price of gas it's ridiculous not happy with the service

I'm an A&W fan to begin with. Good food makes good food and all that. This one was fantastic. Service was above par and everyone was super friendly. Great place to stop Toronto to Sault Ste Marie.
Long waiting time for skip. Even order punched after reaching to restaurant.

Hamburgers especially teen burgers but poutine made me throw up but I'm not sure why.
I love anw but this locations quality I find out of ever anw must be the lowest, onion rings are cooked and sitting waiting 4 sure, because there awful. Burger must of been same thing because Bunn and sauce was in bun indicating it was topped and also sitting way ahead of time. I tossed my meal and enjoyed the best most expensive Beer, Root that is.... I'll never return again.
