Very bad customer service. Went through the drive through to avoid going inside since covid is on the rise. They told me that I needed to come inside because some of the sandwiches would take time. When i asked if someone could bring it out to the car instead, they said no. When I asked why not, I got no answer at all. What a load of baloney.After all of this they still got my order wrong.
Poor customer service!Very bad quality!!The hot chocolate tasted like hot water.I don’t know why we need to pay this much for hot water!!So bad, I never had this bad hot chocolate in my life.Doesn’t even fit to be called as Tim Hortans.This location doesn’t even serve anything good.Croissants tasted so bad.They said they don’t grill/ toast the croissants while all the other locations do.If you want to do everything in your way, kindly remove the Tim Hortans board and do whatever you like so that people can go to some real Tim Hortans where customers are served in a better way!!This is definitely not a Tim Hortans!!And kindly train your staffs to behave in a better way to customers!!
Worst customer service ever!I've been coming here for quite a while now. Not sure if it's because they changed some of the staff but their customer services have been getting very bad lately. Although I had been served barely toasted bagels when I asked for double toasted. I figured it was because they were in rush hour. But when it's been now more than 4 times I've started to question their ability to take orders. Not only are my bagels barely toasted but when asked for double cream cheese, they only put the regular amount of cream cheese. They charge you for the extra but doesn't add it on! Today before I left I verified my bagel and told the guy that my bagel was still squishy and barely toasted and asked if they could remake it. He got annoyed and said no that it was toasted. I gave it back to him and said that I wanted what I paid for. 2 other employees came to the window with him and tried telling me it was toasted. They opened the bagel and told me I should of asked for double toasted which was what I did! While making a new one I could hear them talking rudely and laughing about me! Never will I come here again!!Better part yet!! The bagel they "replaced" was less toasted and tasted off..My suggestion stay away from there during the morning.. evening staff are professional and know what they are doing unlike the morning crew.
I've been to this location a lot, I've never had any issues minus them having no potato wedges or missing certain meats later in the night, which I understand completely. Other then that great staff and I've always had great service. I do always get take-out.
This location is on UberEats. For some unknown reason, they don't start working on the order until after the Uber driver shows up. So average time to start making the order is about 15 minutes from the time you place the order. I do not understand this. would they start making my order 15 minutes after I placed it if I was in the drive thru or went inside myself? I don't get what the difference is here. This is not just a one time occurrence. This happens regularly

There wasn't enough staff to Deal with morning rush hour 26 cars in the drive-through They need to have a dedicated staff specifically for the drive-through and those to deal with walkins Walked in and it took 20 minutes to get my order time Usually takes 5

Worst Tim Hortons I've been to. Rude staff. Slow service. Don't care about customers. Most of their menu is often unavailable. I think the 5 star reviews are fake because this location is consistently bad. I've been here a few times.
