They always seem to be out of the grilled chicken, as was the case the last 3 times I have been there. I decided to try the crispy chicken, but it was cold, mushy, and rubbery - everything but crispy. At least their saving grace is the grilled cheese.
It's January 5th 2022 at 3:30pm and the doors are locked to get in, and the drive thru is crazy. PLEASE GIVE ME A GOOD READON WHY THE DOORS ARE LOCKED!!! Are you saying that your staff can't properly sanitize ?? Do you think other establishments lock the doors like you are doing ?? This is unreal and the owners of this place are a joke !!
Garbage and litter all over the parking lot and at the front entrance! What a shame! Garbage and litter always in the drive thru! No garbage cans in the drive thru! They removed them because the owner is to lazy to have them emptied!
Went through Tom Hortons drive thru, it is usually open, completely understand that places are having a challenging time keeping staff. I get that. I feel there should he a better way of showing you are closed like something blocking the drive thru, an orange cone or even a note on the board saying what your hours are. Very frustrating.
Location is very convenient but the service was a little slow, but overall it was good, the employees were pleasant and accommodating
Simply awful!! Shorter us a coffee..tea that was supposed to be 3x3 was black! Sandwiches were an app 2 for deal that were activated but were charged full price.so glad we asked for a receipt! English muffin sandwiches were stone cold. Muffins were fridge cold and sandwich itself was room temp at best. Wrap was a disaster..have not opened the 2nd one yet. in an order of 4 sandwiches; 3 coffees and 2 tea and a box of tidbits.. I would have expected a little more attention to detail. I get they are busy but that's not a good reason to serve garbage. We would gladly have waited.
The drive thru line was massive and spilled into the other areas of the main parking lot... that being said I can't believe how fast it was. My order was perfect and my bagel was actually buttered and not dry like most other locations. I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. That's incredible for a big drive thru in the early morning rush. Approximately 6:45am
Very courteous, friendly service. Staff was professional and handled a complex, large order very well. Tims is tims but this is one of the better ones. As good as it gets! :)
I usually like TH, but my last visit to this location was well below par. The place was filthy, and the wifi wasn't working. They're probably understaffed.
Bagels could do been toasted alot better not just made hot lol but other wise excellent
