Every time I place a mobile order I show up to pick it up it is NEVER ready. I usually don’t mind waiting but if I place a mobile order it is because I want to show up, pick it up, and leave. When I asked about it I was told by staff that they don’t make the mobile orders until the customer shows up. That defeats the purpose of a mobile order!!!
Went there during lunch rush so it took a small wait before I could get my food, but employees were nice and quick and the general vibe there was ?
Never on this side of town but when I am I need to make a stop here. The staff is bananas in the best ways and are way friendlier than any person in the service industry should be. I'd give 10 stars if I wasn't bound by the 5 star rating system.
The absolute worst Tim Hortons I've been to in 20 years of going to Rims regularly. I go every where I travel so even different cities. This one may be the worst in the country honestly
They were fast and courteous, even other patrons were nice.... ultimately it's a Tim Hortons, you know what you're getting. One of the better locations by far! Keep up the good work!
Very slow and did not have any Strawberry Smoothies because they don't make any.
The employees in the morning for drive thru are amazing during the week only.As for the food, it's hit and miss.They run out of donuts quite frequently and I have been even warned by their staff to not order a bagel after lunch since they will already be stale and hard.
I got a hot chocolate at this location that tasted more like water than anything. These people should be ashamed of their service. Not the 1st time I was incredibly disappointed.
First time I've had Timmies in years. I found the dark roast to actually taste stronger than before which I prefer. Maybe I'll go back again.
This Tims is the only Tim’s that never has anything, most employees are not in uniform, they are all wearing street wear. We asked for assorted Timbits with no plain, and was given mostly plain timbits.
