Just went there around 930pm because it closes at 10 pm . The doors were lock so I went thru drive thru and was told they don't sell any food after 9 pm. Then why is the store open then. ?????
The staff were probably the most friendly staff of any Tim Hortons I have been to and made my wrap perfectly! Thanks guys!
Visited this location during the May 2022 extended power outage. I was impressed by the friendly and speedy service, despite long lineups and challenging circumstances for employees. No shortage of food options either. Excellent service! Thank you for the friendly smiles to go along with a nice hot cup of tea (and for the outlets) :)
Usually quick to get out orders, great donuts, good workers.
I used to love this Tim Hortons (I grew up in Blackburn Hamlet) but recently, every time I visit they're ALWAYS sold out of pretty much every item on the menu. Even when I go hours before the store closes, they rarely have anything in stock except for beverages. Today I couldn't even use my debit card in the drive-thru. Overall pretty disappointing.
One of the best Tim Hortons in Ottawa,The only reason it isn't the best in my opinion is strongly linked to the fact that they don't often sell cinnamon buns; that's basically it.

I love Tim Hortons but lately I don't understand why it's so hard to get the order right. I order the same thing basically every day and out of 7 days of the week I would say they get it right only 2 maybe 3 times. Why is it so hard to read a screen? If it says double toasted, then put it in the toaster TWICE!!! If it says butter it means add butter, I swear they just want to save time and don't care about the order at all. I understand they deal with thousands of orders and it's not easy during this pandemic so I didn't give them a 1* rating. But waiting close to 20mins for a sandwich and coffee that are completely wrong really sucks.
I have to give it a 3.Some of the staff are absolutely great, some are super incompetent.I've waited in store front for longer than normal just for service. Especially at night. Likely understaffed but sometimes not. I've seen staff just standing there doing nothing.
The drive thru line is often slow, but pleasant service.
