Poor service! Extremely unfriendly employees. The menu shows $21.99 lunch (All You Can Eat) AYCE and +$2 for weekends and holidays. However, once we sat down they said it's $33.99 as they have not had a chance to edit the menu. At that moment, I explain some of us might just order la cart and it was a mess from that moment on. I've worked in restaurants and I understand it is stressful. Since we were a party of 11, I offered to have two separate tables where one will be AYCE. He immediately replied (repeated) that there will still be an automatic 15% service charge. Dude, I'm fine with the 15% and just trying to make it easy for you and showing you that we are happy to be seated separately to assure you that we are NOT thieves and sharing AYCE. The server's attitude was absolutely horrible. They really need to chill out and greet customers in a proper way.

How can i rephrase this ?Typing this review from the restaurant. Very fade sushis. The tom yum soup is an insult to asian cuisine.Staff are very very very cold. The first time they had me pay for teriyaki sauce.First and last time here.

Went for “all you can eat” - which turns out to be 31$ per head ! And they also charge small kids even if they don’t want to eat! So we had to pay 6-7$ extra even though my 4 years old never eats sushi.Tip combined and everything our total was 85$ for 2 people. Not including any drinks. This i think is extremely expensive considering the recent hike in their prices. On top, the server told us that even though it’s “all you can eat” but shrimp tempura is expensive & will cost us an extra $ !! Like wth ?! Also they don’t let u sit for an extra minute the moment you finish they rush to bill you so you can leave the restaurant!Food quality and taste was good but only if you are willing to get a rip off in the name of “all you can eat”!! ??

TL;DR poor service, salty or chewy food, bad seating layout, overpriced for no reasonCame here with a friend in between movies at the nearby theatre. We figured you can't go too wrong with sushi, right? We were wrong.Unrelated to the food, the door was so heavy that I think it might be a safety hazard ? Anyway, we were greeted by some guy who repeatedly told us that AYCE was $33/person but a la carte was take out only. My friend and I settled on eating there and they gave us a booth right near their trays and kitchen. Every time they would put something down it would hit our backs. We couldn't move to the other side of the table as it would have blocked a path for the waiters and someone was sitting at the table behind. The same guy "taught" us how to use the iPad with a very quick and braisen explanation. I've been to 168 Sushi though so I know how to use it. We ordered some food which took some time getting to us. The waiters and waitresses did not have friendly service (they didn't even look at us or say anything after we thanked them for the food). The quality of the food was not good. The Har gow tasted like plastic, the eggplant was super salty, the galbi was chewy and came in an odd number (3pc), the eel was so thin on the rolls...I could go on. I asked another waiter for sriracha and spicy mayo but he seemed confused what I wanted...anyway, we did order more food however I didn't even bother taking pictures of it. I understand with COVID things are rough but if you're going to charge (after tax) $37.30 per person then you need to bring the quality...which they did not. Also, make sure you bring cash or card cause they don't have tap. I personally won't be going here again. Much better sushi places around

Food was excellent.. service was excellent.. atmosphere was ok... Food came to the table fast. Was very good for all you can eat sushi.. little bit expensive but all in all a good experience

Quality of the food has taken a big hit since the pandemic. They charge for “dinner price” which comes up to over $40 with tax and tip. I had to ask for wasabi three times before I received it. I had to ask twice and walk up to a waitress to get my change. Tuna on the sushi was so thin that there were holes and could clearly see the rice through fish. This place used to serve really good maki rolls with generous portion sizes. There were no eel to be found on my dynamite roll this time.I am aware that the restaurant took a hit after two years of repeated shut downs and restrictions. But after this experience, I will not come back to this restaurant and I can not recommend it to anyone around me.

The best sushi place in Ottawa. Usually we always go to the ten sushi in bank street. But ten sushi is the best!!! Worth your money!!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I eat a lot of sushi and I know what's good! This place was disgusting. The fish is NOT fresh. We literally spit it out. The sweet potato was hard. Very poor customer service. We ordered a small order and tried a few things. The employee charged us for everything even though we told them it was not good and had a few bites. The employee wouldn't even get the manager. Do Not EAT here you will get food poisoning.

The food was really good, nice and fresh and quick. But the food was not what stood out the most to us! David clearing the tables was so kind! He struck up a conversation with us throughout our meal and the connection we made with David was enough that we would come back to this specific Ten Sushi (or any AYCE sushi place, for that matter) just to chat with David over a good meal ☺️

Not very impressed with the sushi here. First of all the rice is long . I like the smaller kind. Secondly the seaweed paper is extremely fishy. Like overpowering fish . The paper is also very thick and chewy. The sushi was cut in very big chunks. I like it cut like small medallions. The only thing good was the avocado lol. I won't order again.
