Love Taco Bell but unfortunately this location isn’t great! Every time I’ve ordered from here I’ve either had something missing, they got the order wrong (after repeating it back to me) or they just haven’t had the food in stock.I ordered beans on all my tacos and got meat on 4/6 of them. I’m out $40 and live an hour away.Not sure if it’s the training program that’s failing or if it’s the owners/management.
The tacos were dry and a lot of the drinks were missing. They had also run out of beans so non of the vegetarian options were available so we had to settle for almost no food!!
Tables were all disgusting even though there was plenty of staff and they weren’t busy. Staff were less then helpful had no idea how to use their ordering system. Staff was also rude when they messed up our order not one but twice.
Everything you expect from taco bell, in terms of quality and service, except it was quick, and efficient, and accurate. This is actually a great location, and quite clean as well.
This taco bell/KFC is probably the best one in Ottawa region, I've been to the others in Kanata and Bayshore mall and they're always missing something from the menu and/or the salt level is a bit off.I had the Spixy taco big box combo, although I didn't enjoy it as much as the Doritos tacos it was still a treat.
This is the best 2.9 star Taco Bell. You get what is on the menu. There are no surprises. It’s just tacos. Mediocre but amazing tacos. The best place to go when satisfying your craving for a little bit of nostalgia, when as a kid, this was the best ever. I just wish they had real churros and bring back the little cups of cheese and bags of chips. I don’t need fries with tacos. The lady who gave a selection and asked hard or soft instead of just tossing in whatever is the best. Keep up the good work!
The drive though guy asked me for my order 5 times, 3 times at the machine and twice at the window, and still proceeded to give me the wrong order. I went inside to let them know and told me that I have to go back through the drive through where I waited for 15 minutes. He proceeded to give me a refund but no food, and closed the door. I had to wait for him to reopen the window to ask for my food and he said “Oh” and then proceeded to call me SIR three separate times even tho i’m clearly not a sir LOL. In total it took about 30 minutes to get the right food.Don’t go here unless you want to get misgendered on purpose. ?? The food (when it’s what you want) is pretty good tho. #BRINGBACKMEXICANPIZZA
This is how I got my taco! This is really sad as a restaurant owner I work really hard to offer my clients good quality food. In return I would think other restaurant owners would do the same. I understand mistakes happen, but with a rating of 2.9 stars and more than 236 ratings taco-bell should do something….
AVOID AVOID AVOID.The staff here are beyond useless. I watched them make more than one mistake on each of the 5 people ahead of me's order.One person had gone through the drive through and came in to get the stuff they forgot to give him. After about 10 minutes he got the missing items and asked for some forks. The employee just stared at him for a few moments before walking past the forks on the shelf behind him to the back of the kitchen to chat with the other employees. When he came back to the counter and the guy asked for a fork again, he continued to stare at him until the supervisor told him to hand him a fork. Truly bizarre.The food itself was good and my order was correct (if you don't count them trying to hand me someone else's order). But I think waiting 28 minutes for a combo is a bit extreme on a Sunday night when there was more kitchen employees than customers.
This is by far the worst, dirtiest, rudest Taco Bell I have ever visited. Worst lazy staff that treat you like garbage. I’d rather eat out of a bathroom in the Rideau Center then ever order from this trash bag of a restaurant ever again. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.
