They have ROBOT SERVERS! Which help their human wait staff. That fun point aside, I was really happy with the quality of the sushi and sashimi, and food came out relatively quickly.The restaurant was extremely busy so reservations may be a good idea. Only a couple of our food items were forgotten but this was easily resolved.

I've been here several times because the food is always fresh. Service wise, it does seem to take a bit longer to get your food, whether delivered by the (super cool) robot or by serving staff. And I'm always prepared that part of my order doesn't get to my table (I think someone else got it) but like I said, the food is good!
I used to really like this place but my last visit was a big dissapointment. I was still happy with some items, however, the speed of service was really affected by the robot. It took us at least 20 minutes to get 1 item. It is kind of fun the first few times, but after 2 hours waiting for our food, it's just not worth it for us, especially as the restaurant was only at 50% and we are supposed to clear our table after 1h45min. We only received half of the items we ordered...Prices rose quite a bit and I know they are short staffed, but it was more of a frustrating experience than anything. So I will not be back.
My first experience of eating sushi was amazing. I had sushi at Hello Sushiman in Orleans and became a big fan of sushi ever since. I was so excited to try different places and after reading reviews of Sushi kan I ordered online for delivery. I am happy I did not pick this place to start with. The food was medicore. I ordered 3 different types of sushi and all tasted the same. Also, their grilled salmon roll smelled horrible and tasted off and I think it was canned salmon!!! The rice was also very dry, undercooked and flavorless. Not a nice decor and packaging too.The food was not what I thought.This place doesn't even compare to Hello sushiman.Definitely not the best place to have sushi in Orleans.
They have an all you can eat option, lots of varieties included. The food was tasty and the service was good.
Depending on the time and day you decide to go to sushi Khan, service and quality might be affected. I used to be a good fan, but now I find that some dishes are not as fresh and some sushi rolls will have more rice than usual. The price got hiked up as well (which I understand post pandemic) but I believe that quality should also follow. Gave it a 4 stars because of the inconsistency.
Very disappointed. Found the food of poor quality, inconsistent, and potentially dangerous. A lot of the fish sashimi and and special beef sashimi was still partially frozen and tasted a lot like hard water and the baked mussels were drenched in water as well (this is a dry dish with scorched mayo/cheese). However, the one thing they were very consistent about was giving you less food than you ordered. I kept track of what I ordered and only received either 2/3 or 1/2 of what I ordered. This is incredibly annoying. As a customer, you would expect to receive what you order, you should not have to fight for or pester staff. I don't think it would be fair to call it AYCE if they will not give you everything you order and purposely give you end cuts/improperly sliced sashimi slices to deter you from ordering more. The first round I ordered sashimi, everything was cut very thin depending on the type of fish. I actually liked the way they cut it, it was small easy to eat pieces. The second time I ordered sashimi, I ordered 25 instead of 10 pieces and this must have annoyed the chef since they didn't even try cutting it normally, they just gave me the leftover pieces you should not feed customers. The pieces were thick in the shape of fries and not edible. Service wasn't really friendly. Most servers just came around without saying anything or checking in on you.Overall, just very disappointing. For $29.99 dinner buffet, you don't get what you pay for. Would be better to order out somewhere a la carte and get higher quality, better food.
So good, SO much food! All-you-can-eat sushi with a massive selection to choose from.Clean restaurant, prompt, continuous service. Definitely recommend, definitely will be returning.
