The guy who was working tonight made the best subway I've ever had. He flattened the bread a lot which made it toasty and not hard like usual when he toasted it. It was amazing!!!!!
Been there about 10 times now and every time I think to myself “this is the last time”! Today I got 3 subs and ordered 3 large soups. I asked the more mature women who initially took my order what soup was available… she pointed to the sign … so apparently broccoli or chicken … so I asked for 2 broccoli and 1 chicken. There wasn’t enough soup of either kind in total to give me 3 large cups of soup at 11:55 am just at lunchtime. I’m so annoyed by this because this is a regular occurrence in my experience. Also, my herb & cheese sub bread was harder than it should be ( stale or overcooked… I’m not sure. Not enjoyableWe add very little in terms of variety to our subs.. so I ask simply for onions and lots of cucumbers… and yet no more was added. Maybe this location is instructed to keep it minimal??…but maybe consider to use discretion when we ask for so few toppings!I NEVER write reviews, but this really needs to be addressed.
Never accepts uber eats and never delivers why are you on Uber eats if you cancel every order???

I genuinely have never had as bad of an experience anywhere near as much as today. Around 1230am I ordered a foot long combo (Diet Pepsi, 2 macadamia cookies). I also ordered a chopped cold cut salad with a smoky mustard dressing.I've had this before at other locations, this is my first time ordering anything from this location. I mainly only did because they were free delivery over $15 on Uber Eats.I recieved the order, everything is tied tightly in a plastic bag. I open it, only the salad and the sub is there. I know its not Uber Eats, its Subway. They didnt pack my other items.I kindly called them saying that I made an order not long ago, gave the information on my order and I was replied to incredibly rudely. The guy on the phone blamed MY Uber eats driver saying that they packed everything and he mustve lost the rest.I explained no, the bag was tied tight. He delivers it, you make and pack it. He was very adament that he packed it and my driver just lost it. I replied saying no, you didnt pack the items I paid for. What an unprofessional response and I happily hung up on him.I contacted my Uber Eats driver, he went above and beyond and actually drove back to this Subway to let them know they screwed up. They again blamed him to his face saying it was his fault and they packed everything. Eventually they ended up packing up the remaining items I paid for to which they did NOT give originally.My driver was on the phone with me during this encounter, he goes back to his car and counts the cookies. They only gave 5 cookies, there should be 8.He went back, I heard some arguing and he got the remaining 3 cookies. He comes back, I of course tip him nicely. I go to eat my salad and I near almost threw up.My salad was not chopped like I asked, they literally threw the lettuce in the bowl and my requested toppings carelessly ontop. Then giant thick globs of the smoky mustard, I did notice there was mayonnaise as well which I didnt ask for. Even mixing the salad, it was sopping wet with this and it was like eating mayonnaise with a spoon. I couldnt stop gagging, absolutely disturbing and HORRID experience. I really wish I could get my hard earned money back, it was not worth it.
