Stopped real quick for a smoked meat sandwich.The staff were welcoming, even though they were cleaning the dining room between breakfast and lunch.I made my order, and they offered me a seat while my order is getting ready. I declined.The order was ready so fast.I got in my car and drive. The aroma of smoked meat filled the car. I could not wait to get home.I loved my first bite... Taste was so close to Montreal Smoked meat which I love sooo much.Good pickles too! The pickles can make or break the sandwich.The amount of meat was reasonable I would say, it could be more generous for the price.I enjoyed my sandwich very much and I would sure try that restsurant once again.
Their smoked meat is delicious as is everything else I have tried. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied with their food or service. I highly recommend them.
Today was the first time I went there for a meal . The food was really great !!! The prices are good!!! The service was awesome !!! The best smoked meat sandwich and fries that I have ever eaten !!! My aunt said the same !!! We are from Cornwall and we will be going back there soon !!! You can even buy smoke meat to bring home which we did !!! So glad we stopped there for lunch today !!!

We visited STACKED for Easter brunch after our plans were changed due to an extended family member testing positive for covid. Our server, Dylan, was excellent. Dylan greeted us right away despite a very busy rush. He made sure we received our coffees swiftly. We received our meals as quickly and Dylan was attentive to make sure our experience was superb; coffee and water top-ups at a good frequency. Dylan made sure we were happy with our meals To our delighted surprise, he clarified with us whether we would like our bill or were planning to hang out for a while longer. We came for the tasty breakfast food, but we will return for the excellent service he provided. He definitely deserves a raise!
Fantastic meal last night! Service was very friendly, food was exactly on time, and absolutely delicious!It's a bit expensive for what it is. Priced more like a sit down place than take out. And we each upgraded our sides with different options which ended up in the opposite box they were supposed to but that's not a big deal. Also were out of special sauce which was a bit disappointing but didn't subtract from the meal.Will definitely be giving breakfast a go next time!
This is my go to breakfast place in Ottawa over the years. The staff are so sweet and kind. The smoked meat sandwiches are incredible and the poutine is delicious too. If you haven't been here yet, you are missing out.
STACKED is located near the end of the urban sprawl of Ottawa South where the area is more forested, swamped and used for farm land. There is also a large Jewish cemetery across the road. The restaurant's building has been used for decades by other restaurants, mostly Chinese food. The restaurant has had several face-lifts to help along the way.I enjoyed going into STACKED to try their food and see what they did to a place I use to go for Chinese food. The restaurant has a large capacity with lots of booth seating areas. The interior is also nice and family friendly.STACKED offers breakfast food even after lunch time and their pancakes looked amazing with lots of fresh fruit. But for me I wanted to try their smoked meat and I wasn't disappointed. It tasted great, portion sizes were good and prices were reasonable. The service was fast and friendly. STACKED is a good place for the whole family to enjoy a well made stomach filling meal. I was driving by and seen this place so decided to try it out I eat at alot of places so I tried the steak sandwich for $20 it tasted really good but it just wasn't that big and it was missing bread there was only bread at the bottom also I orderd the smoked meat sandwiches were the best there could of been alot more fries. I will recommend this place to my friends but I do hope for more on the menu and bigger more food next time I come here. I still have to try the other stuff on the menu which I will try the burgers next time.
A little embarrassing I forgot this place existed. In the south end of the city exists this fantastic smoke me and breakfast spot that has amazing meat, a great menu selection, phenomenal service and smoke meat that would give Montreal old fashion a run for their money. If you’re considering going here, do it. You won’t be disappointed. Service was excellent, accommodating and in fact had a gluten-free option. Will definitely be back. Thank you.
