Stopped at this location today and could not believe they only had 1 employee working. This was at lunch time with students from schools close by and started to line up. One man was doing all the orders by himself. talk about saving on labor while the customers have to wait. This is not a one man show. need at least another person to make the orders. The employee looked dissapointed when people only ordered pizza slices, You could see his facial expressions. Understaffed location.
Fast delivery so fast that my order reflected that, Ordered a regular pizza with light cheese .... cheese was slightly burnt, dough was raw at the crust and the bread at the base was paper thin I’m surprised they where able to remove it from the oven without it ripping. Tried to attach photos but I guess its disabled .......Anyways Out 18 bucks, Safe to say won’t be ordering again.Update: Got food poisoning ...
Great place for standard pizza. Students love this place for the perfect combination of price and value
I am a pizza lover and I always order from Pizza pizza. This location is the worst location in Ottawa. The two staff I dealt with today were so rude. First walked away from me while I am still talking to him and giving him my order. When he came back he took my order. When I returned, I realized the order wasn't correct. When I try to question and clarify something, he said " Lady that's what you ordered". I never felt so ignored before. Stay away from this location.
Maybe since the beginning of COVID, the quality of the food has been slowly going down hill.Last ordered in November, my panzerotti wasn't fully baked (calzone) and received the wrong dips. When I called to complain, was going to get it remade and correct dips. 3 mins after getting off the phone; store manager called to be very rude. Raised voice, interrupted, then argued with. When I spoke to a supervisor, was told it will be taken seriously and to expect the correct items shortly. 2hrs later, called back to be told the manager called to complain that I was rude. I had asked it to be noted this manager may also be the district manager and will abuse their power and block my address.1 month later, tried to order only to be told by the app they did ban my address because they deliver to any of my neighbour's within my condo development but not my address. Just called to have this abuse of power investigated. They won't do much. So I moved to Little Ceasars - better pizza for the price.
Ordered small pizza for pick up and paid $17, there was no cheese in the piza
Very rude staff never answered our questions in a pleasant and welcoming way!Last visit he didn't accept to put his mask on!And he returned my money back!
Nov 07 2021Just left the location at St Laurent and Ogilvie.Spent $38 on 2 large pepperoni pizza’s, 6 dipping sauces and 3 cans of pop.I am SO disappointed. My pizza is COLD! and I mean cold, uncooked, still soft and soggy, my cheese isn’t fully melted, and 3 slices clearly got knocked with something because there’s nothing but sauce on them.The pizza’s (minus the 3 slices that were ruined) is now in the oven, while my family continues to wait for dinner. Very unhappy with the quality of my food. Especially for the price.
I'm not usually a fan of ordering from this location due to the numerous times I have found hair in my food here, but I really wanted to try this new plant based chicken burger so I caved. They nailed the plant based chicken burger. It was really good and definitely recommend trying it. Food was ready quickly. I ordered the combo, and it came with fries. The fries were your typical fries. They were OK.There was no plant based labelling on the packaging, so it would be nice if they included that just to avoid any mix ups.If you are curious about the plant based chicken burger, give it a try. I really enjoyed it.
Really good staff they been there for a very long time doing this. Pizza is good for the price. I mean I've been going there for years and only had a couple bad experiences. When they say 20 minutes its more like 15. Overall well executed business.
